I called Dan Walrack a couple of weeks ago to come over and assess the damage done to our roof after a tree fell on our house. Built Strong Exteriors had reroofed our house 2 years ago after a hail storm. I called Dan then to come over and give a bid. He was very professional and thorough then as he was just recently. He had my roof repaired in just a couple of days. Do not hesitate to call Dan and Built Strong if and when you need any roofing work done. Her is one guy who really “walks the talk!”

I have been working with Built Strong for nearly a year while trying to get some hail damage repaired. I have regretted it just about every step of the way. The salesmen are extremely pushy and get you to sign a contract as soon as possible by saying that they will take care of everything for you and it will be so easy, etc. etc. I can confidently say that working with Built Strong has made this process twice as hard as it needed to be. Instead of Built Strong working with my insurance company and handling everything (as they promised) I had to facilitate all conversations with both my insurance and built strong while begging Built strong to actually start any sort of work. Communication is awful with Built Strong - ESPECIALLY once I wrote them an $8000 check to "order materials." Fast forward a year, the work has finally started and I have had nothing but problems. Not reading the contracts correctly, not recording or following the requests that we clearly had gone over, extremely poor workmanship - I've dealt with it all. They left jagged metal shards throughout my yard, left window trim completely unsecured and flopping around, windows uncaulked, downspouts in the wrong locations as well as the complete wrong color, trampled just about every plant and blade of grass in sight. The list goes on and on and on. Not to mention that I get passed to a new person in the company about once a month so I never have any idea who to reach out to about the constant issues. Built Strong won my business last year with promises of doing timely, quality work while completely taking care of the insurance process. They have over promised and under delivered every step of the way and I very much regret giving them my business. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Pete Senty and Jerry Broaddus took great care of us on our roof replacement due to hail damage. Bring this was our first insurance claim, Pete helped us through the whole process so we knew what to expect. Jerry was awesome to work with through the material selection process. He answered all my technical questions and clearly has a ton of knowledge and experience. After signing the contract to move forward, our build got scheduled within just a couple weeks. The build day went very smoothly - the team was very professional. Only a few questions popped up and someone called me to get my input on them and relayed the information back to the build team. The clean up was very thorough - we only found a few random nails after, which is very impressive. After the final walkthrough, I had a few questions and all were addressed in a timely fashion. Overall I was extremely impressed and wouldn’t hesitant to use Built Strong for roofing projects in the future!

Reed from Built Strong had to work hard on this one. But he dealt with the insurance company. And after a lot of hard work, the job got done. And I absolutely love the new roof and gutters.

I appreciate the professionalism of the Built Strong team. I like the way they worked together, especially Rachel, Adam, and Betsy who worked with the insurance company for a long time to complete the paperwork for my roof to be replaced. Best contractor we have ever worked with. Strongly recommended!
