I needed to schedule an inspection on very short notice (same-day) and Everest Home Inspectors were available. Andy inspected my first home in Watertown, MN on 4/29/22. Very charismatic and knowledgable. Andy made me feel very comfortable asking questions and gave a thorough inspection report that was easy to read and included all the things we talked about. Was looking to close a new construction and needed a quick inspection of the home before blue tape walkthrough. Reached out to Andy who quickly got on the case and was able to assign Trevor to help. Trevor did a great job inspecting the roof, mechanicals, plumbing, appliances, electrical outlets. He went above and beyond and also did blue tape in places where he saw cosmetic defects. He was able to get the inspection report back to us the same day which helped me share with the builder before my walkthrough. Would recommend Trevor and Andy in a heartbeat in future. Great guys to work with.

Trevor did a great job walking through the house with us, pointing out small details he noticed and helping us learn about the house we were buying. The report was detailed with a lot of pictures. He even came back on a different day to take a look at the roof because the day of inspection it was covered with Snow. We appreciated his efforts and thought he did a great job!

As a real estate professional, I will always count on Trevor .G. do home inspections for me. Trevor is very knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and my client really liked him. We recently had a leaking ceiling and had concerns about mold growth. Andy was very honest and helpful in identifying the problems throughout our home, and gave us some solutions to fix them. I hope we don’t have to be a repeat customer but if we do have other problems arise, we’ll be happy to call Everest again!

We had an 11 month warranty inspection recently. Andy and Trevor came out to conduct the inspection. Both were very nice, answered our questions, and found some things that need attention from our builder we would have never spotted on our own. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a home inspection.

I worked with Andy, he was extremely professional and very responsive. I am an out of state real estate investor and Andy was extremely helpful in providing a detailed inspection of a home we are looking to purchase. Andy did a fantastic job! He was professional, courteous and thorough. He gave me a run down on site following the inspection and explained everything in understandable terms. The inspection report was completed quickly and was very user friendly in terms of understanding what issues needed to be addressed, their cost and order of importance. He also provided detailed photos to highlight all areas of concern. I also utilized the radon inspection which was helpful in approaching the seller for needed updates. I would highly recommend using this service when buying your next home!
