Daniel was wonderful. Kind, courteous, on-time, and efficient yet thorough in the treatment of our house - both outside and inside. So glad we went with Rove instead of Orkin. You can tell this is a locally owned company with employees that enjoy their job and care about customer service. Would definitely recommend.
Great technician!
Vary professional, punctual and thoughtful of my time. Took his shoe's off before he entered our home. Paid attention to everything I was asking about and had a competent answer for them.
All in all I'm giving his service 5 Stars because he deserves it.

I just had Rove Pest Control out. Their tech John was so professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Such a pleasure to meet John and felt he did a great job. I definitely feel I am in good hands and will certainly refer Rove to other people needing service.

Amy was very nice and did a good job explaining what she was going to be doing. It’s nice to see someone with a smile on their face and ready to help. I asked her about my dog and when she would be able to go outside and she explained that very well to me. Amy was overall great!! ?

Just had a my first Rove service appointment and I've been impressed thus far! Jessie fielded my initial call and helped me get the service scheduled. Despite my own chaotic schedule, Jessie and his team were able to work around dates and times I was busy finding an availability to come out to my home within a couple days of contacting them.
Jose, my service technician, called me in advance letting me know he was on his way. Once arrived, he was courteous and knowledgeable, giving me a runthrough for the actions he was going to take to mitigate my pest issue. He let me know what to expect and answered my questions.
Overall, the service has been great! The employees are friendly and stick to their word. Each step has been stress free! I recommend Rove!

Daniel did an excellent job the other day. He was friendly and professional. He did the outside first, knocked and came inside for the basement. He removed his shoes, which was nice.
Being quick and efficient was great. He remembered our house, so he didn’t need to spend much time getting the job done.

I have been using Rove for 4 months now. I signed up for their full service plan. Every technician that has come out has been knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and on time. Daniel, the last technician that was just here did my quarterly treatment. He was very detailed and gave me feedback for what to look for with activity with little critters. Customer service is extremely important to me and Rove and their team get 5 stars. I would highly recommend this company.
