If I could rate them 0 stars I would this is the worst place to rent a trailer from. We rented a trailer Friday to tow a truck home, and the trailer they gave us to rent had a rusted broken bolt holding the tongue on. They marked the trailer ready to rent covering the broken bolt. This is not something that somebody renting should have to check on. When we confronted the manager about it when returning it, all he said was oh well, and not a single sorry for putting people's lives in danger for them neglecting to do a thorough quality check when someone is renting a heavy-duty trailer. Had the bolt snapped anymore/come all the way out, it would have done some serious damage. Do not rent a trailer from them at all, go else where because management does not care when they get called out for something they did wrong, and will start swearing at you for caring about the safety of others when hauling a heavy trailer, that shouldn't have been tagged with a green ready to rent tag, You shouldn't have to spend your own money to repair a trailer you rent from a company. You could have seriously hurt somebody with your carelessness
