From the first call (and second call because I had to reschedule) I was very impressed with the phone service. THEN our repair guy, Brian, arrived exactly when he said he would. THEN, after getting bad news our opener was shot, Brian, very professionally, presented multiple options. All were very competitive with other bids. BUT the service was so far and above what one would expect. Brian communicated every step of the way, answered all of my questions and was Very helpful in setting up the app on my phone!!

Omg this was THE best experience EVER!! Brian explained all our options , giving us all the information we needed to make our decision on what we needed/wanted to do for repairs. He worked quickly and efficiently and then took the time to explain and help us with all the programming and set up of our new garage door opener. When he left we had no questions and had everything we needed. Friendly, super knowledgeable and awesome quality work!! We will never go anywhere else again for garage door service!!!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, scheduling was easy, the technician Patrick was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. We are very happy with all the repair work that was done along with the new opener that was installed. Patrick even swept out our garage. You can't ask for better service.

Night before I googled DIY garage spring replacement videos before reading expert info on the types of springs and cons of DIY replacement such as buying the wrong springs and potential accidents. Slept on it and decided I’d be one of those smart ppl who let the experts fix the problem. Next day at 11am I scheduled online for a tech to arrive between 4 and 6pm same day. Got a text with the tech’s picture and bio - who does that?! Tech called when he was on his way and he arrived in a company marked truck in uniform within ETA. AND the tech matched the picture I received ? Let me tell you, Patrick was AWESOME. He took a look at the garage door setup, did some magic with his tablet, showed me the parts and pricing and explained his recommendations and let me decide what I did and didn’t want him to do. But I’m a smart woman so I opted to take his advice since he’s an expert and I wanted to avoid another service call anytime soon. I’m impressed Patrick did all that work in under an hour and he had to work around a dead beater piled with junk ontop and around it (blame the baby daddy). Honestly, I didn’t expect to spend as much as I did but I do feel I am getting my money’s worth since it’s lifetime warranty on all parts installed by Patrick - I won’t have to spend a dime on these parts and labor if I have to call Precision to come out…only gas. And to top it off, Patrick was friggin super nice despite it being a Friday evening and cold. Thanks Patrick!

Precision came out to fix a spring on our garage door last year and noted we might need to soon replace the garage door. That time came in January! We called Precision again. Art Anfang came out and patiently went through all our options. We ordered our door. It came in the time expected and Mylee was very helpful in gettting installation scheduled. Yesterday the technicians were right on time and efficiently got the job done! We're really pleased with the service and product, and would highly recommend Precision for repairs or replacement. I also really appreciate that they send photos of the technicians who will be visiting, and they arrive in company vehicles and uniforms!
