If i could give zero stars i would. Contacted who we thought was Freedom Heating and Air a local small business and got Aquarius a greedy corporation. Got a quote over the phone of $98 to install a new smart thermostat that we purchased. Technician came out less than 30 minutes it was installed since the smart thermostat is hardwired into our furnace. Then was told the cost was $345! Talk about bait and switch. This company is a total scam. Asked to speak with someone with customer care….still waiting. Finding a new company for any future needs. Avoid this Aquarius. They ruined a perfectly good small business. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Avoid! Call someone else!

Aquarius always has experienced, friendly, courteous, and helpful technicians. Regardless of the topic, they do a great job repairing and with regular maintenance. Today, it was an air exchange system vent issue…I called last night and they were here by 1:00 today….crawling under the deck and taking care of the issue! They also manage our water filtering and soft water systems, have replaced water heaters, and maintain heating/air conditioning units. We are never disappointed and they stand behind their work! I strongly recommend giving Aquarius a call for your next home service needs.

I couldn’t recommend Aquarius enough! Our furnace went out Tuesday morning and we called another company by mistake (which we didn’t know at the time) what they wanted to charge us was ridiculous! We needed a second opinion and came across Aquarius and all their wonderful reviews. I called and Kurt was out here with in a few hours to give an estimate. He is like a friend walking in to your house but in a very respectful way. He was very informative and explained things well. We felt comfortable with the whole thing and decided to finalize the purchase. They could have come out a day later but it didn’t work with our schedule. So, two days later Jon showed up to put the furnace in. He is awesome and you can tell he really enjoys what he does! I really liked that he gave me some tips to help keep things running smooth. He left the house just as clean and before he got here. I found out Kurt and Jon are father and son. It proves to me that Aquarius is a good company if family members are working at the same company.
