I called and asked for a ballpark range on a small tear in a leather seat. I obviously know it’s difficult to give a quote over the phone without seeing the damage, but I am looking to buy a car with a tear in the leather and would like to know a general idea for cost of repair before purchasing it. The gentleman that answered the phone was very rude and short with me. I even heard an obvious sigh of annoyance at my question. Not a very professional way to run a business. I can say with 100% confidence if I choose to purchase said vehicle I will NOT be bringing it to All Star Upholstery for the repair.
I paid for a new covering for my swim platform on my back last October 2023.
It is July 2024 and still no covering for my swim platform and he still has my $1,200!

I tried for a year had 2 appointments scheduled and both times he ether didn't write it down or lied. Bothe were canceled. The recent one I made, in person in mid June for September 5 and he said he didn't have me down and couldn't fix the seat of a classic car. Way too busy. He must be making so much money he can treat people this way. The ABSOLUTELY WORST service I have ever seen. NEVER EVER GO to this guy! I rarely write reviews and have never written a negative one. But this place set me OFF!!!!! By the way, if I could give a negative 5 stars I would!

Steve was a lifesaver. I needed a new convertible top and searched and searched for someone. Then I found Steve. I like that he’s a small business owner and an independent operator. He did an excellent job and was extremely fair. I recommend him to anyone. Plus his dog Rocco is a sweetheart!

He is the only guy i trust my cars too.I on four collector cars and Steve has done outstanding work on all of them.great job great price.
