We have used High Road for regular maintenance, emergency repair, and consultations for several years.
They are always on time, communicate clearly and their prices are always fair and reasonable.
They are ethical snd reliable.
Randy made it easy to schedule the work on the front end and Jason was very thorough and professional. I learned a lot about how our systems work and how to properly maintain them. Jason was very knowledgeable and efficient with our repairs. Definitely will be calling High Road again if we need service.

I've been using High Road Heating and Cooling for a while now, and they never disappoint! From the very first call, I knew I was dealing with a trustworthy company. They always provide honest and clear information, which I really appreciate. Their team is consistently on time and works efficiently to get the job done right. The technicians are friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The level of service is exceptional, and I always feel confident in the quality of their work. I can't recommend High Road Heating and Cooling enough – they're simply the best!

Robin and her team were so helpful when I had an air conditioner fail at my house. They responded that day, called me with all the details and had it fixed on site immediately. Joe in the office was great to work with as well. I highly recommend High Road if you want an honest company that will take care of you.

We called High Road after a week of no AC and they came out the next day to take a look at our unit and were able to get us fixed and running the next business day. Everyone we interacted with was professional, courteous and efficient. There were no sales pitches and they offered options for financing and honest opinions on what we should do and what equipment we should go with. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

Randy made the process efficient and easy to understand. The two servicemen that came out to do the AC swap provided the hospitality that every customer dreams of. Found them through a partner company called Bedrock plumbing.

I am super pleased with the service and product. I was kept informed of our installation time and the techs arrived on time. Their service work was done as promised. Sorry I don’t remember their names but they explained the process and how the system works to perfection. I highly recommend High Road to anyone.

When it came time for us to confront the dreaded "do we need to replace our furnace" question, we turned to High Road... and we couldn't be more glad that we did. The configuration of our old home required some special attention, and we got that from everyone at High Road -- and we mean EVERYONE.
From Randy to Jason coming out initially... to Hunter and Frank coming out with Jason and Randy even before us making a purchase to collaborate together AND with us on what would work best... to multiple conversations with Joe on the phones coordinating and scheduling... to even hearing from Robin at multiple points throughout the entire experience.
This is a business dedicated to both:
- getting it right for you AND
- getting it right the first time.
No job seems too small, complex, or intricate for them. Their experience and commitment to service shined through for us from our initial inquiry up through handling all the paperwork after they got their hands literally dirty.

Jason came out last fall to evaluate a mini split that had failed. He did a great job explaining my options and what was wrong with the current unit. This spring I decided to have the old mini split replaced by Highroad. Jason and Hunter completed the work and did a great job! They were professional, responsive and all around a great team to work with. From the owner Robin, to Tom in the office, to the techs, they did a great job. Would highly recommend!
