Customer Service is awesome. If an issue should occur with the material received from MEI, they will do their best to make it right. Email response time is super awesome. Overall Customer Service Attitude, Superior!
We had lighting strike our building, putting our elevator down. We had quick response to the service call and got it checked over to make sure the relays, etc are okay. Mike is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for all you do!

For as long as I know, we have used MEI for elevator needs. They have always been professional and great to work with for general maintenance and unexpected elevator issues. Recently, we needed to have our entire elevator redone and they were very responsive to our needs. We are happy with the work they have provided and their follow up to make sure everything meets our needs and is working properly.

Can't say enough good things about MEI. Service is the face of the Company and Dustin takes exceptional care of us. As a university our elevators receive more abuse than most and Dustin is always there to make things right. On the sales side Kirk also takes good care of us providing detailed estimates, bids and contracts to support our students. Kirk is well versed in the State of Minnesota purchasing system making transactions accurate and easy.

Kirk has got to be the nicest guy on the planet. What a good representative. MEI was so helpful diagnosing the trouble with an older elevator that hadn’t been serviced in a while. Thank you all so much for your kind service and quick response. I couldn’t be happier.

MEI is great. Their response time is immediate and friendly, prices are fair, lead times are short, and materials are of the highest quality and built with accuracy. Their hoistway doors are the best in the industry.

Great product. I have done multiple projects with MEI elevators. Every detail is considered making an easy install. Top notch packaging and info with each elevator. Customer service is first class and responsive. I have never gone more than a few hours waiting for a response. I always look forward to installing a MEI elevator.
