Horrible company to work for.
If I could give these guys negative stats I would. Had a vehicle claim and their adjuster didn't even spend 15 minutes looking the vehicle over and he had his mind set on totaling it before he even showed up at the body shop. His repair estimate included parts not needed for repairs. When they came back with an offer they where several thousands of dollars from actual value and had to fight tooth and nail to get them to come close to actual value. I don't see how this company can stay in business for how unethical they are.

Horrible customer service. Two straight weeks.. . 4 text messages and two voice messages left. Not one response from Kurt. Now that he's given his favorable report to the insurance company (unfavorable to me) there will be no further contact I guess. See you in court Kurt, along with auto-owners. 50 bucks says he will ignore a subpoena. I'll post an update here in 4 to 6 weeks when I know for sure.

Absolutely horrible service!!!!!!!!
Luke has been coming up with excuses now for close to 2 months..... he says he'll send emails and estimates that never come. He promises phone calls that dont happen. He didnt add things to the estimate that needed to be done..... I spent 10 minutes on the phone,got the estimates doing his job for him and still getting nowhere.... awful!!!!!!!!!!!
