My water heater broke and I needed quick and quality help. Chris (owner) was amazing and I highly recommend him for any electrical needs. I had to switch from a gas water heater to electric due to code changes for venting power vented gas water heaters. I received Chris’ information from a friend who uses Chris for home remodeling jobs. Best referral I have ever received. Chris was in the middle of another project but knew I was a bit desperate since I have a family of 5 and no hot water for several days as I was back and forth with other contractors to try replace old gas heater. Chris fit me into his schedule the very next day and had to come back a second day to connect to the water heater after the plumber finished his part. Chris was there early and stayed until the job was done. He is super accommodating and so easy to work with. You will not be disappointed using Primary Electric. Honesty and integrity!

I needed electrical work done in my home. Because of my location, I wanted to use someone local, with that being said, I hired Chris, the owner of Primary electric. Primary Electric showed up on time when they said they would be here. I appreciate that they understand that everyone has a schedule to keep, and they went out of their way to get the job done. I also appreciate that I was not told I needed to have work done that was unnecessary, I was never pressured to be upsold. Primary Electric, and Chris the owner, did a great job, and in a timely manner. A side note, when the building inspector came to sign off on the permit, he mentioned he was impressed with the work that was completed. Going forward, if I ever need electrical work done in my home, I will definitely use them again. Thanks again Chris, for a job well done.

They do fantastic work and equally important, they are very honest about what work needs to be done and what work can be postponed or done more cost-effectively. I have hired them for several jobs and both feel that as a single woman I trust that they aren’t screwing me over and that they will do a good job. In fact, one time I made a silly mistake, and they came out with the expectation of fixing a big problem, but it turned out there was just a switch that needed to be flipped to fix the problem I was having. Instead of charging me their house call rate they said there was no charge because they couldn’t ethically charge me for flipping the switch that fixed the problem. To me, that is the ultimate demonstration of honesty and integrity. I trust Chris and his team and highly recommend them!

I hired Chris and the team at primary electric to replace and upgrade my circuit breaker panel/box as well as add a new outlet. The whole experience was great and the workmanship was top nothc. The team were really clear on what was going on during the day off, but I really liked the estimate process. Chris outlined exactly what would happen: permitting, 811 call to figure out underground utilities for ground rod placement, coordinating with xcel energy to get the power shut off, as well as timing on the day of. And, of course, the estimate was spot on with the pricing of everything. I'll be using primary electric for any future electric work I need done.
