We had Evan as our inspector and he was awesome! Super detailed, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond our expectations. He had a great attitude but was realistic and communicative about the details of the inspection. 10s! 10s across the board!!!
I had a great experience with Evan Hull. He was super thorough and gave me a lot of "peace of mind" given I am a first time home buyer. I appreciated the depth he went into and all the explanations he gave.

We had Charles Nelson out to a home we are buying, and he was a comprehensive and honest inspector. In the past, I have used Structure Tech, and both times, they made the minor things extremely dramatic and catastrophic, whereas Charles took the time to explain everything as something we could address or a handyman and what we would need to be addressed by a contractor. I cannot recommend Charles enough, but he was fantastic.

Charles was great to work with. My son was there to participate in my place. He arranged with Charles to let me participate through Facetime. I was able to view the presentation, and ask questions as needed. Charles explained everything clearly, and I felt it was just about as good as if I were there in person. His presentation was very through, and he explained how he conducted his inspection, and also explained why some items were not able to be included. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

We had an outstanding experience with Charles from Peace of Mind Home Inspections. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, courteous, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all our questions, making the entire inspection process informative and stress-free.

Chuck was amazing to work with. He walked my husband and I through every single picture he took. There must have been over 140 pictures. He pointed out everything he saw and helped us understand what was considerable easy to fix and normal use and things we need to ensure we maintained. I would use them again and truly believe that they care about their customers.

Charles was our home inspector (Feb 2024), and he was excellent! He was very kind, informative, and knowledgeable. The first thing he said to us was “I treat every inspection as if I were buying the home” which made us feel very secure with our decision to schedule with Peace of Mind. He presented highly detailed photos of his findings, and recommended great solutions to any issues that he discovered. Charles answered all of our questions and encouraged us to reach out to him if we needed anything. At the end of the same day, he emailed us a packet which included everything from his presentation (photos, solutions to problems, and recommendations). We will certainly be recommending Peace of Mind Home Inspections, and we give Charles an excellent review!
