Chris came out to check out possible roof damage/water leakage in our home. We appreciated his thoroughness, his clear explanation of what was going on, and especially his honesty in not recommending unneeded repairs. We feel that he is someone we can trust for any future work that may come up.

From the initial phone call to the completed new roof Chris was fantastic. His thorough roof inspection identified what was needed for our new roof and what was necessary to solve our leaks. I appreciated his professionalism and the quality of work; it was an excellent experience. I would recommend MSP Exteriors for any home project.

Chris was quick to respond to initial call. He gave me options for repair of roof (no heavy sales pitch). I felt cost of repair option was reasonable. Once completed you could barely tell where repair was made. Also did more than expected with clean up of tree branches trimmed back off roof and fixing piece of soffit that had come loose. Would use his services again and recommend to others.

Chris was very professional, friendly and did quality work. We had a leak in the roof that came through the master bathroom exhaust fan. He was able to repair the leak in a timely manner. We highly recommend his team!

MSP Exteriors were very helpful in repairing siding on our home that popped out of place due to high winds. As we called around for assistance, MSP was the only one willing to do this “small job”. Chris came out and was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly and insured that it was seated tight and would not happen again. Thanks So Much MSP.

I would have to say I was exited to give a review for the guys that work for Msp and the owners.
They showed up ready to work and was very knowledgeable about everything they were hired to do. Very professional and considerate. They got the job done on time and we are very happy with having Msp work on our home.
Definitely would refer to all my friends and family.

MSP Exteriors Inc did a quality re-roof on our alley garage in Minneapolis this fall. They cut out some visibly rotted plywood and added a couple of vents as well. They worked quick and efficiently, and the roof looks great. I feel very confident in the quality of their work.
I'd highly recommend them to anyone based on our experience. Professional, responsive and thorough. Alan did a great job reviewing the condition of the roof and the estimate was spot on for the work it needed. Chris was on-site to supervise the work, and he talked me through the condition of my garage and what to watch for over the long term to keep my garage in good shape. He painted the replaced fascia to match perfectly. He even left me the extra paint to touch up down the road. Great experience!

We had our roof done this year. It was still snow and sub freezing temps but we wanted it done since we had got wind damage in Dec. on it. The roof was not done to code, or Owen Corning shingle install instructions.They did not nail in the wind strips on the shingles, they nailed in places so low that the shingle above it did not cover the nail. We found over 25 exposed nails on the roof nailed though the shingles. After contacting MSP exteriors he had them come tear off the new roof they put on, and totally redo it again.Second time was better but they still didn't do a valley correctly in back and that had to be fixed also (by us). Problem is MSP uses "sub contractors" and not employees, so you don't know who will be doing the work, and if they are a reputable subcontractor. Chris, the owner of MSP is very nice, does follow up with you, and the blame falls on the sub contractors he used to do this. It wasn't a fun experience having to go though this to get a roof that was done correctly.
