I recently submitted an online estimate request and received a call from Metro the following day. They explained what they thought the issue might be and provided an estimated cost but mentioned that they would need to send someone out to confirm. The next day, Fred from Metro arrived and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Fred was punctual, professional, and friendly. He explained his plan of action and consulted with me before proceeding whenever he encountered a challenge in my old home. Despite facing continued difficulties, Fred resolved my issue in just 3 hours. He assured me that he tested it without seeing any water leaks. I will watch it and reach out if that isn't the case. Based on my experience, and if they have more people like Fred, I would highly recommend Metro. I have previously used another major company specializing in HVAC and Plumbing but was not satisfied with the service and pricing.

This is the 2nd visit for a separate plumbing issue. Both Chad and Shane did an outstanding job. Quick to get here and quick and thorough in their work! Both were professional, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company!

The entire experience was great. At first I just needed a pipe looked at and diagnosed by a plumber for the insurance Co. I originally called Metro but had to cancel due to possibly needing someone here at the same time as a fireplace tech that was going to look at the affected fireplace. I won't name names but the only company I could find with the matching time started with RR. Next morning 2 hours before the plumber shows up, his boss shows up with a ton of equipment ready to do a bunch of cleanup work which was never requested nor needed as we were already well underway with someone else. After the "supervisor" left about an hour later the plumber calls. He tells me without even knowing what was going on yet that it would cost $500 for him to diagnose the problem and $1400 to replace the pipe. So $1900 total. I told them I would call them back as we were learning the fireplace didn't need to be removed anyhow. I called Metro back and glad I did. One tech (I can't remember the name sorry) showed up on Friday and quickly diagnosed what I already knew but needed it official. The inspection "fee" was $99 but that fee would be forgiven if they did the repair. Another plumber Fred came over the following week to complete the job in under 30 minutes. From start to finish the entire bill was $385. More than a $1500 savings that RR was going to charge without even knowing the issue. I will never doubt my referral again!

Metro plumbing was fantastic to work with. I called with a minor leak and they were able to get me in same day to fix. Fred called ahead and had fantastic communication. He also fixed it quickly and it looks great! Thank you!

Jesse did a great job replacing my water softener system. The install looks great, he kept my house clean, and he was good with the kids. Matt was also very helpful, answering my questions and providing quotes for different options over email and on the phone. I will definitely be calling Metro back the next time I need some work done on my home!
