I recently worked with Ryan Johnson from the Mendota Heights, Mn office on an elevator upgrade. He and the crew were amazing. They did an excellent job and met the promised schedule.
Excellent communication, courteous crew, and on-budget projects are just some of the great reasons to use MEI. Having recently completed two full modernizations with them and now utilizing them for annual PM service, I have nothing but accolades for MEI. I appreciate that they utilize non-proprietary equipment, have flexible terms and contracts, and truly seem to have a customer-centric business model. Additionally, our building tenants have mentioned numerous times how kind and accommodating the crew are to be around. Having dealt with one of the big four elevator companies for many years and experienced lackluster service, it has been a night and day difference using MEI. Attached are a few before and after pictures of our most recent modernization. Give them a call for a second opinion or bid, you might be surprised how great an elevator company can be!

Wow! Where do I begin. MEI-( Ryan & his team) is the best. Quick to resolve issues and come up with solutions. As a Property Manager renters have no clue how much we value our vendors . Thanks for always answering my text & calls. Thanks for always checking in on me. Cheers to 2023!

MEI is a trusted vendor. Their account manager is quick to respond to our questions and facility needs. Their technicians provide helpful education and common-sense preventive maintenance and repairs.
