We had some terrible stairs and an ugly planter in the front of our house, but these guys came in and in less than three days gave me a great set of steps and a retaining wall that is beautiful. I am sure there craftsmanship will raise the value of my house, the guys were professional, and very skilled at their work. I am extremely happy!

We purchased our house and soon realized the hill our garage sat on was unstable. The retaining wall holding the hill was failing. We knew that garage floor needed replacing as well as the driveway. It all came to a head and we were a little overwhelmed. We had different contractors come out and bid. Custom Construction came out and explained why the garage floor and retaining wall were failing and that they were connected in a way. They presented their detailed plan for the garage floor, driveway and boulder wall. They explain why and how their plan would fix it. Sean was amazing through out the process. If I thought something didn’t look right and asked Sean or the crew took time to explain it. I could go on and on. Bottom line they did great work and were great to work with. 2 1/2 years later the all three are holding up and Sean has helped me by answering questions on how to maintain them. If you have a project go with Custom Construction. They are worth every penny and stand behind their work.

We had the best experience with the CCS team. We were able to get a quote the same day they can to look at the project which was a huge plus for us as many companies never followed back up with us. They specialize in smaller house projects which is exactly what we needed. We were told the project would take 1 day only and the crew would arrive at 7:00 AM. The crew started showing up at 6:45 AM, we did a final walk through at 7:00 AM to confirm all details, and the crew was wrapping/cleaning up by 4:00 PM. We are beyond pleased with the final result and the quality is excellent. We 100% plan to use them in the future when we re do our stairs up front.

His vision of adding color to our porch step made it a unique work of art that blended beautifully with the new driveway and sidewalk. But, the one thing that makes CCS stand out is the customer service that goes beyond the completion date. Recently, a small leak from our roof created a stain on our porch step. My wife and I hired Sean and Custom Construction Services to install a stamped concrete patio. It was a big project, over 800sqft right against our house and another smaller 16x16 stamped patio way back near the edge of our back yard. We had met with a few other companies and were nervous of how they would handle navigating the heavy machinery around our home and gardens. After having Custom Construction Services out and walking through their process both my wife and I knew they had us covered and we were finally able to start our project with our minds at ease. Throughout the project their communication was great, the installers were very hard working, clean and professional the project manager was always able to address any questions we had. We couldn’t have been happier with the final product. They really did an amazing job!! We will be hiring them again for additional projects we plan to do at our new property. I contracted CCS to replace my driveway, which was falling apart, and I also decided to replace my front walk. We scheduled a date and time, and they showed up exactly when we agreed. The job was done in one day, and the concrete looked very professionally poured. They put up caution tape and gave me a detailed list of care instructions. They also did some minor landscaping of my front lawn and laid down grass seed, to repair the damage their vehicles did. One month later, my driveway, sidewalk, and front lawn all look great! I will keep this company in mind if I need any more work done in this area.
