Reliable Garage Services — is exactly as their name states (they are RELIABLE). My family has been using them for about 10+ years and each time they have serviced our garage (two times to replace a broken door that was hit by a car and the other for a spring), it has been a smooth process. They are timely and efficient with their fixes. I had the pleasure of working with Bryan this time around and he was so nice over the phone and recognized my families loyalty to the company! Highly recommend if you need any garage door fixing!!
I’ve used Reliable Garage Door for several years, including the installation of five garage doors, and they’ve always provided exceptional service. Most recently, Gerald was the technician who came out for maintenance. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to walk me through every detail of the maintenance process. Gerald explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and didn’t charge me a penny for his time. The team at Reliable Garage Door consistently stands behind their products and work, which is why I trust them for all my garage door needs. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue working with them in the future.

Reliable Garage Door was amazing to work with! Making an appointment was quick & easy. The technician, Gerald, was knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on all our options and potential causes of our issue. He did not try to oversell and made a recommendation that was affordable. I would strongly recommend Reliable Garage Door.

Outstanding company and staff to work with for your garage door needs. I was referred to Reliable Garage Door by two different friends and am so grateful. I was frustrated with my previous garage door company that I had been a loyal customer for over 15 years. They no longer cared about customer service. Reliable Garage Door does!!! In fact, I think this is their number one most important factor driving this company. They understand without customers there is no business. Today was my second time having them come out and of course the service was exactly the same as the first which proves their employees have a checklist to go through. Gerald, the service tech, did an outstanding job making sure all my questions were answered before moving forward. There is no high pressure sales because their technicians are not on commission. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I was in need of a new garage door and my plan was to get a few different estimates. I discovered Reliable Garage Door on the Next Door app, where people talked very highly of the company. I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and provide an estimate. The day of the appointment, I received a text from the owner of the company, Scott, saying that the scheduled estimator fell sick, so he was going to take his place and come out instead. This is not something he does regularly (if at all), so it spoke volumes that the owner took it upon himself to come out and get the job done. I immediately had a good feeling about the company upon meeting Scott. He was very friendly and not pushy in the slightest bit. As a younger woman, I often feel taken advantage of when it comes to things like this, so it was very refreshing having someone that provided me with ALL of the options, not just the most expensive one. He even told me that my garage door didn't necessarily need a door replacement, but could instead do a "tune up". I ultimately decided on a new garage door. A few weeks later, Scott himself came back to do the installation which I again was very impressed by. He wanted to finish the job himself which was very nice of him! He did a wonderful and thorough job and walked me through everything upon completion. He even replaced a couple panels on the backside of my garage at no charge (I have a double sided garage). Long story short, I didn't even get any other estimates because I was so impressed with Reliable Garage Door. It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was well worth the money because they did an incredible job. Highly recommend!!
