We were very impressed with AAA Movers. They were smooth, quick, respectful of the items being moved and of us as people that hired them. They had to pick up items from two locations and deliver to a new, third location. Their time estimate didn't seem possible as it was only estimated to be two hours for our local apartment move with all the items and all the stops. Well, they did it. And that even included them doing some bed frame work. Not a thing was damaged. We would use them again in a heartbeat, and would recommend them to anyone.
AAA Movers did a great job with our move. They were hardworking, fast, and came up with creative solutions to move an elliptical machine from a very tight upstairs location. I highly recommend them. Below are the two that helped us very much.

Had a fantastic move due to AAA Movers! They were timely and effective. My move was on the smaller side and the whole experience took 2 1/2 hours! They worked carefully and fast. I couldn't have been more impressed by the service! Highly recommend!! Thank you to Brock, Elliot and Shawn!

I will not be using this moving company again. I had a weird experience.
It started out great. Bobbi was very helpful when getting my estimate. We went through all of the items that needed to be moved and we talked through the packing option. I was quoted for a 4 hour move. I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment as a single male. I had every item that needed to be moved extremely organized and ready to be taken out of my apartment. There were no stairs, obstacles, or heavy furniture.
On the day of the move, the crew of 3 men arrived on time. I checked in periodically over the next 5 hours, continually seeing these guys sitting around on their phones. I was so confused why the process was taking so long. They seemed annoyed and pissed off.
When they finally arrived at the new apartment, the crew leader told me another crew got in a car accident that day. He goes, “if it seems like I’m in a bad mood today it’s because I am”. He also continued to tell me how much he hated the packing portion of the job which was just strange. I had paid for packing. On the back end of my move, the crew was rushing and cutting corners. There were multiple scrapes and dents to the cabinets and walls in my new apartment. They did not put my $3,000 TV in the $42 TV box that I had purchased. Instead they taped it into a blanket of mine. The crew leader tested my TV once we got to the new apartment and seemed relieved when it worked.
The move that was quoted for 4 hours took 8….
At the end of the move, the crew leader asked me to write a review and send them a tip via Venmo. It literally felt like he was staring me down while I did both of these things and it was uncomfortable. They also left two large boxes of moving trash and a dolly in my elevator.
I feel like due to the accident, this crew was dealing with things other than my move. I totally understand situations that come up and am not upset with the crew, but I was charged for the additional hours it took to complete my move. It was either this or my job was grossly misquoted. I did receive a small refund for the bad day, but the experience in general was negative and strange.

My family has used AAA Movers for 10 moves in the past 6 years. Some of their crews are better than others, but overall we have been very pleased. For our last move in June 2024 we had the crew of Jose, Jonathan, Nelson & Santiago. They were one of the best crews to work with. They were concerned, careful and listened well. We had no damage. We will continue to use AAA Movers when we next have the need (hopefully not too soon!)

Great crew today! Thomas, Jose, Jose, Walter, Vince and Norman were professional, organized and timely. So good to work with them. I would use them again and Bobbi the coordinator did a great job answering questions! Thank you AAA movers!

Great moving company! Starting with scheduling all the way to moved into our new place.
Initial booking was very simple. I got reminders about our upcoming move. Estimated cost was pretty comparable to other companies. Rob suggested over estimating time vs being short time. That way we had a better budget. I also recommend over estimating time than not so you don’t have any surprise cost. No hidden fees.
Moving day: 3 guys showed up (nice and respectful) did an initial walk through then got to work. They were done packing the truck in a couple of hours, nothing broke, nothing got dirty. Items were handled with respect.
Moving the stuff into the new house got done quickly and efficiently. Even the items that I thought might not fit through the small places they managed to do it.
Really nice movers and will be recommending them to friends and family that move.
