Aaron from ARS stayed on our insurance company, who were being REALLY difficult over a period of months, to see that we got the roof we needed and deserved. He was super communicative and absolutely dogged in his pursuit of our claim. The crew who came out to do the work were very professional, fast, and conscientious. Also the roof looks great.
I would highly recommend Semso from American Roofing & Siding. As a result of hail damage we had to have our roof, siding, gutters and other items repaired. Semso made sure all of the projects were done in a timely manner and kept me in the loop. He provided great communication and returned my calls/texts quickly.

In October 2023, I had American Roofing and Siding (ARS) replace the shingles on my home. After completion, I went into my attic to hook up my TV antenna only to discover broken boards on my roof. ARS had broken several boards on the shingle removal and failed to fix them and simply shingled over the holes. One hole measured 46 inches in length. In addition, they did not replace the metal drip edging around my garage. They claim my insurance did not cover it. Without the drip edging, I had exposed plywood running the entire side of my garage (25 feet). Ten feet of drip edge costs a little over 5 bucks. Apparently, they couldn't find the money for 25 feet of drip edge within the horrendous amount of money they were paid. If you want the headache, they will provide that free of charge. Good Luck...

Aaron came out to do an estimate to fix some facia (sp?). They did a complete review of our roof and siding in addition to the easy fix and found enough damage they recommended a new roof and new siding.
Throughout the process Aaron was great at sharing information and pictures (I'm not going up on my roof). And has been great to work with. Thank you for the good work!

ARS has been fantastic. They replaced my roof and siding and most importantly they were kind and extremely helpful throughout the process. My insurance was being very difficult and the claim dragged out two full years, but ARS stood by me and through frequent discussions with insurance that went way over my head, made sure I received what I was due. I sincerely appreciate their time and efforts.
The whole team was great but I primarily worked with Aaron and he was a blessing. Can’t recommend them enough.

Aaron was great to work with-very responsive to questions and concerns, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. The work crews that did the roofing and siding were also great-very professional, incredibly hard working, and did a great job. I would highly recommend!

Aaron was very professional and wonderful to work with. American roofing and siding were quick and thorough.
My roof looks great. I have a 3 story house. They have the equipment and finished in one and a half days. He gave me a drone view of the before and after.
Aaron made the insurance collection process easy!
Would highly recommend and use them again!

Working with Aaron Delgado from ARS and his crew was an experience in exceptional project management and customer service. The financials were clear and straightforward and final billing held no surprises. All jobs were completed as scheduled and clean up was great. Aaron was unfailingly responsive and followed through with whatever was needed. Thanks to his working with our insurance rep, we got a new roof with improvements plus interior painting, among other things. He was a pleasure to work with. The paint crew, led by Huver, also deserves mention for their professionalism and skillful work.

Aaron was great to work with on our roof. He was always responsive to questions, extremely helpful, on time, easy to communicate with. and professional. His team of roofers were also great. Very professional and hard working. Nice work. Cleaned up after job was done. Overall, highly recommend.
