Brad Scott and his crew knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and experts at what they do. Brad was extremely responsive and communicative about the steps they were taking to remedy sloping floors in our home by replacing a sagging beam. This is an extremely complex project, yet Brad accomplished it perfectly, with careful attention to each and every detail. He took what could have been a very stressful project and made it easy for us. I would hire him again in an instant.
Brad came out to check out a deflecting floor issue after we submitted an inquiry through his website. He responded quickly and had great communication regarding our appointment. His consult was extremely helpful in assessing the cause and scope of the issue. Though the job wasn’t right for his team, his thorough explanations and ideas for a fix are greatly appreciated. Will not hesitate to contact Brad in the future should we have a job that’s appropriate for his team and have full confidence in his recommendations and expertise based on this interaction.

Brad is an expert in this field. My wife and I used his services for a remodel project in our bedroom. He was very thorough in his explanations of what we could and couldn't do. I am confident that whatever decisions we made were supported by his expertise. We would highly recommend his services!

Brad Scott Construction repaired a ceiling with a series of cracks in my 1932 home by putting up a mesh and skim coating it with plaster and then painting it. The guy he used did an excellent job and got it done in 3 days. Brad was responsive with scheduling as well as follow up. I'd definitely use him again or recommend him to others.

I thought my little one-car garage needed a new header. (What do I know about headers!?) Even though Brad's company works on much bigger projects, he immediately responded to my inquiry and was out within two days to look at my garage. He was super knowledgeable and patiently explained what I was seeing a problem with was not the header. He then explained what I would need to do to fix it. And while it wasn't a job they would do, he said he would give me the name of someone who might be able to help me. I felt bad that he came all the way out to look at such a small job and offered him money for his time, but he refused it. In the short time I spent with him, I could tell this was a man of integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to use him for your job.

Brad and his team replaced our post and beam system in our 100+ year old house in South Minneapolis. The communication from Brad and each of his team members was consistently excellent, and they provided a high quality service. We sleep better at night feeling comfortable that our house's structural integrity has been restored.

Brad Scott Construction assisted with my structural Support Beam and flooring issues. Brad has great knowledge on these kinds of issues and walked me through the repairs so I could understand what was happening but also what was needed. He gave detailed notes on the issues and progress. He also assisted me in getting the people I needed for plumbing, electrical and even clean up after. All at a good price all the way around.

Our home, built in 1907, needed structural work done. We had a false start with another company. They started the work and then 'got too busy'. Turned out to be a very good thing because their work would not have solved our foundation problems! We brought Brad and his engineer in and they explained what needed to be done. They were clear, honest, and professional. We're very happy with the work they did. The manager of the crew, Devon, is a super star. So impressive. We also hired one of Brad's crews to remove acoustic tiles from our dining room ceiling and refinish it. Again the project was finished as described and the crew of two were very professional... the finished work is beautiful, and might I add, they seem to enjoy what they do... they were cheerful as they worked... such a pleasure to see that these days. We're very happy customers.

I called Brad when I got sent home for COVID and noticed a funky looking post and beam in our house that I hadn't noticed before. I called Brad and he came over to review our post and gave us an honest assessment and a quote that ended up being where we landed at the completion of the project. What he told us on the first visit was also confirmed by the engineer that specced our project showing the decades of experience that Brad has. The team that Brad had working on our house were great! I work in home improvement and Devin was amazing and I wished he worked at our company. He was that good. I would highly recommend Brad to do any structural work that you may have. You will not find any other companies that have the experience, professionalism and delivers the best quality work that you will find from Brad.
