Riley and his crew moved us today from Shorewood to Corcoran. Having never used a moving company before we were a bit nervous, but it was a great experience from start to finish. These young men were polite, professional, helpful and really wanted us to be happy. We would definitely recommend Matt's Moving to friends and family. The estimates were very real and our home things were handled with care. A big thumbs up. We would definitely use them again. Thanks guys.

Matt’s moving did an outstanding job during my recent move. The crew showed up on time (early even) and got right to work. They asked questions when needed, otherwise, they had it all handled. Great attitudes and everything was loaded onto the truck within 45 minutes. Amazing! Unloading was even more swift. The crew was organized, had their process down and made sure to ask where things should be put in my new place. All items remained clean and in tact throughout the move as well. Prior to the move the office provided excellent customer service and thoughtful communication. They answered all my questions and made sure to follow up a few days prior to check in on timing, communication expectations for the day of and more. Overall, I had a great experience with this team and it was wonderful to have a stress free move. This was my first time using movers and will absolutely be utilizing Matt’s Moving when needed in the future.

UPDATE: They sent over the guys that did the job originally and they really helped us get everything figured out. They did a great job for the second time and I would definitely recommend them! I left a five star review the first time because they did a great job. This time was a different story. I called the office a few times and finally got an answer about my concerns and they said they couldn’t do anything since nobody could take my call. Moving is stressful enough, but I paid $2500 for 5 hrs of moving. They sent 8 guys instead of the five which was wonderful to hear but it was counterproductive. They left 70% of the boxes in the garage instead of bringing them to the rooms labeled on the box. Most furniture was still wrapped. They cracked the siding on our sliding door frame. Plus they left my bed in the middle of the room instead of against the wall. It weights almost 1,000 lbs with the movable base and frame. The guys were nice and I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was a nightmare that I wouldn’t wish on anyone else. I really wish someone would have just listened and tried to make it right.
