I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ethan from Greenix Pest Control Company, and let me tell you, he's not just your average exterminator—he's a pest-fighting legend! Armed with his trusty yellow broom, Ethan swooped into my home like a superhero on a mission.
The ants didn’t stand a chance. With a few swift moves, Ethan had them scurrying for the exits. He wielded that yellow broom like a magical staff, as if he was casting a spell to banish all creepy crawlies from my abode. At one point, I swear I saw him do a twirl—yes, a twirl—as he masterfully swept away some dirt and weeds I had left behind on my sidewalk from my weeding. His broom ballet was quite something to see.
Beyond the entertainment, Ethan was very thorough, detailed, and thoughtful. He didn’t miss a single nook or cranny! After the performance, he even followed up to make sure I didn’t need anything else.
For Ethan, pest control is not just a job—it’s a mission. I’ve been using pest control services for over two years, and Ethan is by far the most enthusiastic employee I’ve seen. So if you’re looking for pest control with a dash of flair and a whole lot of laughs, Ethan and his yellow broom are your guys.

Ethan was wonderful today. He kept me updated on when he would be here and he did a great job. I wasn’t home so I didn’t get to meet him but he did send a text with his picture in front of our house to show he was here. I thought that was a great idea and now I know who was here. Thank you Ethan for your wonderful service. I appreciate it.

Mikey came to our house to do an initial treatment for mosquitoes and tics. He was very through and let me know exactly what he was doing and why. Very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him!!

We are going on one year, with Greenix & have been extremely satisfied with their company. Each service tech that has been to our home has been exceptional! Today we saw Ethan, he was delightful, professional & we could tell that he sincerely enjoys his job! Very helpful & informative. We highly recommend Greenix! Cameron came out today for we have an issue with flying carpenter ants. He explained everything thoroughly. He applied four different applications in and out. Showed me pictures. Helped me get the contract to review and was very pleasant to talk to. The ant issue has been a little overwhelming to me and he made me feel very much better. Hopefully everything will be resolved within the week. Great job. Thank you.

Tyler was super friendly and made sure to look for any signs of pests. Gave us recommendations for the tick flea and mosquito treatment which we are interested in since we have children at home. He was efficient and quick but did a great job and sent pictures throughout of areas he was working at. I’ve never dealt with a pest control company before but I think we are very happy to have found Greenix.

*UPDATE*
Kenzie reached back out after hours and acknowledged her mistake. She was polite and quick to offer resolutions, including returning same day, after-hours, to get it corrected. I declined as it was pouring out and not an emergency. She offered her personal time to come make things right in the morning, despite it being her day off, to which I declined as again.. not an emergency. Ultimately, Greenix had another rep come out (Jebro [sp?]) and they addressed the nest quickly and effectively. Jebro, Kenzie, and Hayden were all very polite and seemed knowledgeable. Biggest takeaway here is that mistakes do happen and we are only human. Kenzie and Jebro's commitment to quality customer service was absolutely made clear and Greenix is lucky to have them both as leads.
Specifically decided to use the service after a sales person knocked on my door. I will say that the same day service was convenient, however, the primary reason for me choosing to use their service was a wasps nest near our back patio light fixture. I was assured this would get addressed and the sales person joked they would come back and remove it themselves if it was missed. Here we are, post service from Kenzie and Kevin Hayden, and it was completely untouched. All customer service lines were unavailable immediately after the service was complete. Can't speak to efficacy of their product, but not receiving the services paid for is alarming.
