Ian Porter was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable when he cleaned my kitchen drain today. He explained what needed to be done and why, and then proceeded to do the work in good time. I would recommend Ian to anyone that needs plumbing work done.
Devin did a wonderful job today, I would have him come back anytime. He was polite and made sure I knew what he was doing and asked me if I had any questions. Thanks

Ryan Chris and Cole are an exceptional team they understand how to get the job done and they work very well by themselves or together they all did an excellent job and I'm very happy I chose 1 hour router Plumbing!

Working with One Hour was VERY easy. I set up an appointment for 10am, Devin from One Hour showed up 10 minutes early! What kind of plumbing service have you had the early before?
After solving the problem at hand (plugged toilet) Devin took the time to explain what probably caused the plug, and some options of how to solve it. I never once felt talked to.
5/5 stars, would recommend.

We called them on Saturday night for a clogged toilet. The customer service agents were kind and Becky who coordinated our service was incredible.
Our Technician was Devin Durfee, and he did a phenomenal job addressing the issues. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend this company and individual.

Ian did a great job. He was professional and prompt. His team did miss one thing, but Ian brought it to our attention and remedied it right away. We felt he was honest and fair.

Thank you, Great Job ?. Sean first came to assess my home's plumbing problem with the clogged kitchen sink. Sean came thankfully just today after I called for this help. And I believe chose the best solution offered as outlined by Sean. Ryan, the Lead technician came quite quickly and began working after we spoke, and I found him to be personable and a very good communicator. Technician Chris arrived soon after and together they diligently worked on the project, which was to flush out the clogged kitchen sink pipes (from years of buildup) and also to flush out the mainline of my homes plumbing, and also the drain pipe connected to that part of the plumbing system in the basement with their dedicated equipment. Everything now works smoothly, especially in the kitchen sink and attached dishwasher so I used it all again this evening. I am so glad the plumbing system in the home is now working efficiently, and I also now have the year warranty regarding the work that this very helpful and efficient company completed today for me to solve this Big problem. Thank you to All !!!

Sean McClenic was very helpful and accommodating during our time together. He came in and made a diagnosis, and he provided us with some excellent information. I hope to work with him sometime. You can tell he knows a lot about his work. He is very dedicated to his work, and I would give him a ten-star rating if I could.

I was connected to One Hour Rooter by MSP Plumbing Heating Air and Sean M. and Chris C. were great! They were both professional, personable and got the job done quickly. Sean M. presented me with the options and pros/cons of each and came back the next day to show me video of the cleared pipe which had had tree roots. Chris C. was great to explain the procedure and how in older homes (which I have) how the sewer pipes were constructed and what happens over time. Would recommend and utilize their services again - thanks!
