This is an excellent place to buy a dock or lift. We bought both there. It’s direct to customer with no middle-man. You literally walk through their assembly area to get to their office. Valarie was a delight to work with. Great attitude and very helpful. High marks on all aspects. Great dock system for less money than anyone else. answered my call first attempt, Valerie listened to my needs and description of having two jet skis. Suggested two lifts side by side one crank on the left one on the right . Couldn’t make it during the week, let her know, picked them up first thing Saturday 9am their trailer was loaded as promised free of charge. Flawless experience invoice was ready. Very customer oriented ! Thank you .

Great company! I purchased a nicely optioned vertical lift second hand, but it had no canopy. I ordered a brand new super deep canopy from Vibo to add to my lift setup. The process was easy despite supply issues for the canopy top. We kept in touch throughout the process which was very much appreciated. When I went to pick it up, the people were all super friendly and helpful(always answer questions timely via email, too), from the office staff to the guys working in the shipping area. They helped us load, gave us pointers about strap placement, etc. My buddy that came with me to help pointed to one of the lifts in the yard and said well, I know where I'm buying my new lift. One thing I really love about their products is that it all feels very modular. If/when I need to replace or add something, I can just go on the website (instead of finding a dealer) and place the order for what I want or need. Everything seems very well thought out and super easy to work on. I also love supporting a local Minnesota small business that makes high quality products. I just wish they made a bow stop for my wake boat, I'd buy it immediately. Oh well! Thanks again!
