We highly recommend Comfort Solutions! Our furnace and AC unit were 23 years old and needed to be replaced. We called Donovan who came to the house, made a thorough inspection, put together a load calculation, and provided several options for us to consider. We decided on a plan and set a date for the installation. Thanks to the efforts of Andrew, Wade and other Comfort Solutions’ teammates, the new furnace and AC unit were installed and operational in one day. We found the staff at Comfort Solutions to be professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We look forward to living in comfort knowing our heating and cooling needs will be taken care of for many years to come.

We worked with Brian at Comfort Solutions for a furnace & AC replacement and they were excellent. From proposal to final city inspection everything went very smoothly. Of the three contractors that we had out to provide quotes, Comfort Solutions was the only one to perform a heat load calculation to be sure the products they were offering would be a good fit for the size and age of our home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy HVAC contractor.

Donovan and his team were great! Furnace motor died and temps were in the mid-teens. Another company tried to oversell a new furnace, which we didn’t need. Was referred to Donovan by a close friend, I’m glad I reached out. They came out next day, had my furnace up and running within an hour. Donovan personally checked in to make sure we were doing okay. Thanks for the great work! Will be referring family and friends to Comfort Solutions!

Had Andrew out to service our furnace after another company tried to tell us we needed a complete new system (for the small price of $21k), and went so far to red tag it and shut off the gas to the entire house! That seemed a bit extreme to me so called up Comfort Solutions for a second opinion. They were able to come out the next day and Andrew did a fantastic job explaining what the REAL issues were and how he could fix it. He answered all of my questions and gave me good advice on maintaining the system to get the most life out of it. He also made sure all of my other appliances were back up and running since the gas had been turned off. All this for a fraction of the cost that the other company quoted me. So thankful I gave them a call and to know there are still good, honest people out there who won't try to upsell you or use scare tactics to make money off their customers. Highly recommend them and will definitely be saving their number!

A few weeks ago, I noticed a problem with my air conditioner. I called Comfort Solutions to take a look since I have been very happy using them in the past. Andrew came out same day and was able to diagnose the problem. Based on the nature of the issue and the age of my furnace and air conditioner, Brian came out the next day to measure my space and provided me with good, better, and best quotes for systems appropriate for my home.
I had several questions that Brian answered promptly and thoroughly to make sure I was clear about the process and understood my options. Ultimately, I decided to replace the furnace and air conditioner. Installation went smoothly, and Comfort Solutions pulled the city permit and handled the energy rebate my new system qualified for. I appreciated that Brian attended the city inspection to make sure there were no issues and to address any questions the inspector had regarding the new furnace and air conditioner.
I could not be more impressed with the knowledge and technical expertise of Andrew and Brian, and Stephanie does an outstanding job running the office and managing the schedule. This is an organized, well-run company that provides exceptional customer service at each stage of the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

I had my 20+ year old air-conditioning unit and coil replaced. I selected Comfort Solutions because of their good reputation at installing Trane units. They run a smooth operation! It was fantastic to work with Brian (sales) He did a thorough job with heat load calculation and assessment of my existing systems. He used this information to provide me with a good, better, and best recommendation. He was was very responsive and addressed all my questions. From an installation perspective, the techs who came by were also great. Very courteous and friendly. A few minor concerns raised by me about the installation were addressed in timely manner. The air-conditioning unit I selected works great. I would highly recommend this company.
