Removal and installation of HVAC system. 5 stars!! All contact personnel and installation staff were efficient and professional. The removal & installation of HVAC system (with extensive furnace exhaust tubing) installed in 8 hours. Fast follow-up on minor tweak found on inspection. All rebate & warranty paperwork quickly filed for us by office staff. Nothing needed to be done on our end. Quality product for fair pricing. We normally don’t post reviews, but this company was so stellar we were compelled to do so. Highly recommend Heating & Cooling Two!
Everything was fine but the technician did not have on his record that the filter was supposed to be replaced and he did not have the right one with him. He indicated one would be dropped off the next day but it was not. When I called, they indicated it would be mailed out and I would receive it in a few days.

I've been with H&C2 for over 20 yr and 2 houses. They are the best. Last year I had my whole system (Heating, AC, thermostats, etc) replaced; they were $6000 less than the nearest competitor for the exact equipment. I was just being proactive because of the age so I had plenty of time to research and get bids. Always courteous and everything you want in customer service.

Oh my goodness. Josh is a delight. Answered ALL my questions and then some. Told me best practices. I purchased my home in Feb. The previous owner put a new furnace/AC in. Called to get the first start for the AC dine. Wasn't sure what to expect. But Josh was amazing.
I would like him to come to my house any time I have furnace issues. Wasn't condescending, but really helpful with things I didn't know because it's a new to me house.

The company installed 7 years ago entire new contemporary radiator heating system and mini splits for air conditioning in our extensively renovated home. Since then, they are also providing yearly maintenance. We could not be more happy with all the services. And all their staff is knowledgeable, respectful and just wonderful to work with. We are highly recommending the firm.

I am extremely Happy with Heating & Cooling Two!
My sales person was very knowledgeable and explained all options to me and gave me recommendations on what would be best for my situation. He was very thorough and the estimate he gave me was better than other companies. I appreciate the fact that it was not an uncomfortable experience as I had with other pushy salespeople with other HVAC companies.
My installer was prompt, friendly, and explained in detail what he would be doing during the installation. He too was extremely knowledgeable and my place was cleaned thoroughly after installation. When finished, he demonstrated programming my thermostat. He also informed me about rebates, warranties, maintenance, and keeping debris away from air conditioning unit.
I am very happy with this company and highly recommend.

From Mike on the sales team to the service duo who installed our new furnace, everyone was helpful and timely. We had a furnace failure and needed to maintain heat for a few days before the replacement could be scheduled. The company loaned us some electric heaters to allow us to be comfortable until repairs were made. We had an efficient and good experience. These guys know what they are doing. Thank you!

The technician who came was timely and highly skilled. He identified the issue we were having with our furnace and explained the process to get specific data for the future. He installed a new thermostat and took time to explain the new features. I was impressed with the quality of his work, thorough explanations, and integrity. When he noticed maintenance protocols that we had not been doing, he explained best practice going forward. Five of five stars for us!
