Recently I needed a sewer line inspection with video/camera to comply with a requirement to sell our family's home that three generations lived in. Of several companies I contacted, Tim's was the fastest and most prompt to communicate with over phone and text.
The home had never been scoped before so I was worried what might show up. They sent Tony over to video my line and he was on time, very good and personable to work with, got off the old cap, recorded, gave me his impression, and cleaned up before leaving.
The inspection report and video file came through quickly and I had a few questions about it. I really appreciated that Tony and everyone at his company Tim's was easy to reach, talk to, and answer the questions I had. Really a stand up company that cares about their customers.
We love Lonn the plumber. He never tries to oversell anything but will point out when things look strange. We ask for him every time but at times it’s been more time critical other folks have come out and they are all nice !

I hired this company for the first time, and Eric did a fantastic job! He listened to my concerns, he answered my questions, and he explained everything. His quote was less than another plumber's quote, he checked his work, he did a quality job, and he went over and beyond the scope of the quote. Extremely satisfied! Great job, Eric!

Sean arrived when he'd said he would and with all the parts and supplies he needed to tackle my "laundry list" of basement plumbing issues. It was a LONG day but he was organized and meticulous throughout; a talented and knowledgeable guy who patiently answered all my questions. He did a great job.

Andrew was super responsive and his tech Nate was out right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the repair done in less than 30 minutes! They are my new go-to plumber!

Wow! What a great experience having Josh replace my shower faucet. He got to work immediately, answered my questions thoroughly & completed the project very efficiently. As an extra bonus Josh was extremely personable & kind. You’re very lucky to have him as part of your team!

Needed a new water heater and they were great to work with! Sean handled our service call as well as the water heater replacement. They were able to get a us a new water heater installed the next day and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Everything was done properly, Sean provided very honest information without trying to sell us anything we didn't need. Prices were fair and what you'd expect, and it was nice to work with a local plumber who knows their stuff. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

One of my clients had several plumbing issues that were rather urgent and Josh from Tim’s was able to come out and work on the repairs in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable, polite, clean, and did a great job for my clients. I would recommend Tim’s any day.
