Incredibly professional, and most of all…thorough.
Alan was so incredibly detailed in his inspection, and his post-inspection report was very well put together. He didn’t inject any of his own personal opinion on his findings…just straight facts. This guy saved me from purchasing a money pit that I never would’ve gotten any return in investment. I will continue to refer anybody looking for a home inspection his way. Fair pricing and worth every penny. Thank you for everything you do. Life saver.
Unfortunately quite hostile to small business owners. I would not recommend attempting to do business with this company. I own a small lawn care and plowing company. I have four trucks and a handful of expensive zero turns and stand-ons. I also have a pair of plows. And I work in chain link construction. Alan Has been spotted going around treating smaller businesses with complete disdain and contempt. He creeped on my profile picture and was harassing me online on a community page about it. He claimed that clearly all I do all day is cut grass like a little (explative) I feel that this is very unprofessional behavior given that he works in a field that likely works alongside property Management businesses. If you own a property management business I would not advise operating with him as he will not treat you with the respect you have earned. To him having a fleet of trucks and a medium handful of employees leaning on you is not a respectable line of work. Alan I truly hope you change your outlook on small businesses as they are essential to the line of work you are operating in.
And again, Alan, the post that you were harassing me on, I was asking construction related questions on the behalf of my family who were curious. I myself had not yet made a decision and was kind of stuck in the middle and wanted the construction workers side of the story. But you chose to harass me. Your comment was hurtful, unkind, disrespectful, and I am uncomfortable with the fact that you creeped on my profile to find a picture of me standing in front of my trucks.

Alan was terrific! We are so glad that we discovered his business and that he was able to make it work to come to the property we were looking at on the very short notice of our request. He was punctual, professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend his services!

After a very disappointing pre purchase inspection from another company where the inspector really basically ripped me off by saying he did the inspection but lock box times showed he spent only 45 minutes there my realtor suggested using Alan who was very accommodating considering the limited time we had after wasting time with the first one. I showed up a few hours after the inspection started and Alan walked me through all he had done and I was amazed. Amazed by the thorough job he did, his wealth of knowledge, and the amazing job he did laying it all out for us. Even had a thorough booklet printed and ready for us to take with us. He then answered all my questions and was super accommodating. Made me feel much better about the large purchase I was about to make and both covered and noticed far more than the other company. Might just be the best investment you can make!

Alan inspected our childhood home for my family. My Mom will be selling this year and we wanted a heads up on what needed to be done so there would be no surprises.
Alan was very knowledgeable, thorough, and great to work with. He went over his findings step by step and provided a hard copy along with an electronic copy. I would highly recommend Alan to anyone needing a home inspection. In what can sometimes be a stressful time for people, working with Alan was a great experience.

I was REALTOR for 16 years. I've used this company many times with great results. It was my goto company for over 10. I'm retired, but recently a daughter bought a house and I and her Realtor both referred her to Alan. This time, my husband went along to watch over his girl. Alan Johnson performed a very thorough inspection of our (potential at the time) home. He arrived to the home 2 hours before we did to give himself time to properly inspect the home and provided us with a printed copy of his inspection report when we met. An electronic version was also made available to our realtor. He identified important items of concern that we would have missed and we now feel very comfortable living in our new home.
