Summit has been very good to work with. Staff is friendly. They call me to schudule so I don't need to track it. They get the job done with very little effort from us.
Always fast and easy! I love that they just stop by, do their work, and leave me with a safe fire extinguisher. I never have to set up an appointment or worry about forgetting when I need it re-checked.

Working with Summit was a pleasure. The field team was very professional and courteous. They always informed me on anything they were doing that day and very thorough with explaining the process. It was a pleasure working with a company that takes pride in the job.

Extremely poor service. Inspection technician was very rude. Found problems with our fire suppression system and didn't discuss with us before leaving. We have begged them to communicate with us and let us know what we need to do to correct the situation. It has been months with no response. Very disappointed. We have been a loyal customer but they only want to do the easy work like checking fire extinguishers. Currently searchng for another company to help us out.
