Derek and his crew were very professional, friendly and thorough! They worked efficiently around my in home family child care business and went above and beyond to make sure there are no other issues in our home. We would highly recommend Mr. Rooter!
Called Mr Rooter yesterday and they sent out their technician early this morning. Max did a great job clearing our clogged floor drain in our basement. Will definitely be reaching out to Mr. Rooter next time we need a plumber.

Cody H. came to fix a backed up drain in my basement! He explained everything really well, including all the repair options, and even found a leak in a pipe that would have caused a lot of damage. He repaired all the issues in a couple hours and did a great job!

Tory and Ken S. did a fantastic job of evaluating our issues, detailing our options and explaining them to us so we understood them. They never pressured us and kept us informed of progress. We were very pleased with their professionalism and their work.

We had dishwasher leak at the beginning. Derek Ken came at the 1st time and contacted a company to do the repair for me. He did not check the dishwasher because it’s expensive and the other company will do it anyway. Derek also checked my other places that may have water leaks. He gave me some suggestions. The second time Derek and Gavin came to replace tub spout and put caulking around bathtub and toilet. They are very nice and professional. The only thing is that this company’s pricing is very high.

I rarely leave reviews and was hesitant to do here...but thought people should know what they are getting into. I assumed it would be a quicker visit to have my slow running sink snaked.
I made a call in the morning to have our kitchen sink, which was draining slowly to not at all snaked. The plumber showed up to my house in a time manner which i was very appreciative of.
While I appreciate being thorough, it was over 1 1/2 hours before he even shared with me what could be done. I appreciate knowing what else might be going on, I just needed my sink snaked so I could move on with my day. I was offered a 6,000$ option to redo pipes or have me drain snaked for 400.
The plumber was very kind and personable and talkative, but I had anticipated being done in an hour tops...nope, the plumber was at my house for 3 hours for a snaked sink.
After all was said and done, the plumber then sat in my driveway for an additional 15 minutes I can only assume filling out paperwork, before I could head back to work.
Yes they were thorough...yes the plumber was kind, but I did not anticipate a $400 3 hour visit to have my slow running sink snaked. Once he started to snake the sink, it took him 15 mintues and it was done well.
It would have been nice to know it was going to be a 3 hour appointment and that it would be $400 to snake a kitchen sink. Had I known I would have gone in a different direction

I had service provided by Derek Foellmi to replace my water softener. His knowledge allowed me select the best one for our needs. The install went well and the information I received was easy to understand. He did a great job on explaining how I should use this softener. A job well performed!

A professional plumber, at a professional price. There is no doubt Derek did a great job and did leave the work site cleaner than when he started. But wow, have plumbing prices gone up. He did a drain/pipe cleaning of our old cast-iron pipes. Then reconfigured a dual wash basin down to just one and removed the extra pipes from old setup. Looks much better, especially after I do a little painting.
