A friend referred us to All Craft and Troy Stock when an early spring storm caused wind and hail damage to our roof. Troy thoroughly explained the process, met with our insurance adjuster and was quick to respond during the entire process. Our shingles were complete on time and the crew was clean and polite. We will be happy to refer others to All Craft Exteriors.

We had All Craft replace our roof and they did a great job. Troy was our main contact for All Craft. He was there from the start of the project to the finish. He kept us informed as the roofing claim progressed. Our insurance company initially approved a partial roof replacement. Troy did all the leg work with the insurance company, working with them and eventually we were granted a full roof replacement. The roofing crew was able to replace the roof in a day. They did a great job protecting our deck and surrounding landscape. A week after the roof was finished, I noticed a minor issue that was a result of the roof replacement. I took a picture of it and sent it to Troy and he promptly sent someone over to fix it. I appreciate Troy’s expertise and ability to thoroughly explain all of the steps of replacing the roof. I am very satisfied with roof that All Craft replaced and I am confident that they will stand by their work.

Last fall, we contacted All Craft Exteriors to inspect our property for potential hail damage. Troy Stock, the representative who met us, conducted a thorough inspection and confirmed significant damage to our roof, gutters, and downspouts. As someone new to the claims process, I appreciated Troy's detailed explanation of how homeowners' claims work. The entire process, from start to finish, was smooth and transparent, thanks to Troy and everyone involved at All Craft. During the roof replacement, we suspected a leak in the garage. Upon contacting Caleb, he promptly sent Troy to address the concern, which turned out to be an isolated incident from the tear-off. I was particularly impressed by the urgency and efficiency with which All Craft handled this potential issue. The gutter crew, led by Eric King, also did a fantastic job installing the new gutters and downspouts. Their professionalism and meticulous cleanup were remarkable. A big thank you to All Craft Exteriors for their exceptional care and professionalism. Special shoutouts to Troy, Caleb, and Eric—you guys made this process seamless and were transparent throughout. 5 stars!

Last fall a hail and windstorm went through our neighborhood in southern Rochester. I knew Troy Stock from All Craft Exteriors because he stops into the business that I manage occasionally. After he assessed the damage, he informed me on how to file an insurance claim along with the steps afterward. We filed a claim and could not be happier with the assistance of All Craft. With my busy schedule I was unable to be heavily involved with the claim, Troy took care of everything. Caleb in the scheduling department was great! He was very transparent as to when the crews would be on our property and how long to expect them. A big thank you to All Craft Exteriors and especially Troy for making this process as painless as possible. This company is highly recommended!!

Ta Da! We are very happy and totally satisfied with our new gutters, and equally so with the service we received. From the first call to the office to the final invoice the entire crew worked to provide us with quality service, product, installation. The original color selected had to be changed after our siding was as painted, which required a special trip to the distributor. Our sales representative, Corey, and installation manager, Caleb, kept in touch the entire time, keeping me updated on dates and changes. Eric, the main installer, is an artist with the corners! The rest of the installers were polite and hard working. Thanks to the team at All Craft! They make gutter work a craft!
