Fantastic experience from start to finish. Chris, our sales associate, was friendly, prompt, responsive and honest. Our installers, Travis and Steven did a phenomenal job. Their attention to detail and thorough work left us feeling very confident. We will definitely be using Pella in the future.

Shon and Zach delivered a Pella door and the other materials needed for installation. They earn 5 stars from us. They called to let me know they were close to my home, then unloaded and placed everything in the garage for safe keeping until the installation team arrive.

Chris Wilson was here today for an estimate. He was on time and very knowledgeable on the patio door we were considering. He went over all the door details and answered our questions easily. We got a detailed estimate for a replacement patio door. Would recommend him and Pella to others. Thanks Chris!

Travis & Steven did an amazing job on our new windows! We changed one of the windows to a bay window and we are in love with it ? The team had great communication skills and even finished the project early. We would recommend Pella, as they paid close attention to every detail and they were very organized throughout the whole process.

We contacted Pella Windows in Rochester, and within a very short time, we were contacted by ABBY FUDGE. She came to our home to measure and quote our windows. What a delightful young lady! She explained our options, showed us pictures from her laptop, and passionately described Pella’s products. We will definitely enjoy working with her. Thank you ABBY!

Travis & Steve arrived when expected, assessed the job and proceeded to do an excellent job installing our new Pella picture window. They were very pleasant to have here for about 5 ½ hours it took to remove the old window unit, install the new one, and clean up whatever was left. We would recommend them without hesitation.
