The install of our new shower was amazing! All completed in one day, all involved were professional, courteous, clean, and a pleasure to have in our home! A special shout out to the main installer Ayden who was on time, introduced himself immediately, and took every step to make sure our home was protected while he did his work. When he left everything was spotless and then he did a great job going through the final paperwork making sure we understood everything. I can't say enough about his effort and all the awesome folks at Mad City who made this experience so amazing for us!!!!

Ken was friendly, expert, very hard working, and he really created a work of art by replacing a very old and small tub/shower with a super high-quality combo that exceeded our expectations. Travis Minke was awesome and the plumber (sorry I forgot your name) were true pros. Quick clean and fast. In and out in 6 hours and not a speck of dust left behind. The cost seems a bit high at first but you truly get what you pay for! General contractors may have bid a price a few thousand lower and made up that few thousand in “unexpected costs”. With Mad City the price is the price. No matter the condition they find the sub floor or walls behind your old tub in they fix it. They stood true to their word! Below is a before and after of my old moldy, leaky, janky tub and my new. The before do no justice to the awful condition of my old tub and surround.

I bought my home and right away the cast iron tub started delaminating and mold started showing up. An electrical junction box was on the side and they had used flex tubing for connecting the tub to the waste water drain. Who does that? Mad City came in, removed the old tub and tile walls. Installed a gorgeous tub and fixed and replaced plumbing. Installed 2 handicap rails and 2 shelves. It is so easy to clean and maintain, all I use is water, that's right, water, to clean the tub and walls. I love the fact that it is built with antimicrobial and comes with a lifetime warranty, not my lifetime but lifetime of the tub. If I sell the house, the new owner gets the lifetime guarantee. I had no clean up after the installation, no inspector for me to set up, no permits to pull, they handled it all!!! Thank you Mad City.

Alex B was my installer job mc42713mn,1 I got a new shower for my 1940s home. My old shower was long neglected and I had a lot of rot and things that needed to be replaced that weren't discovered from the 1st appt. Everything was taken care of at no additional cost to me. Everything had to be custom framed due to my house being so old, saggy and crooked. I kept Alex company while he worked and was a pleasure to talk with and I was very impressed with his skill, attention to detail and honestly just wanting to do the best possible job for me. I've been told that many times in my life but I really can tell that Alex lives that model. He did everything he could to build my shower the best it could be and I'm very happy with the end result.

I had my tub and shower walls replaced through mad city back in October 2023. I felt it could’ve been better but the tech installer didn’t find some time to fix or repair the damage he left on my wall and flooring. I feel like the white piece trim covering the gap between the tub and floor are not professionally done correctly, just because i plan to redo my flooring in the future doesn’t mean it should be caulked down with no support underneath. The trim doesn’t sit flush with the flooring and if you not careful it could cut your feet. Now the caulk is cracked and whenever my kids are taking a bath the water leaking through the plastic trim. I didn’t pay $13.5k for this kind of work. I wish I didn’t have this experience or seeing this issue. This will be the first and last time doing business with mad city.
