The best elevators in town and even better salesmen. I worked on a project recently with Anthony who took the time to explain the product, service plans, and we were even able to have a fun conversation about The Andy Griffith show. Keep up the great work!
I have been stuck as a disabled student in this building for almost a WEEK. Me and other disabled students have been stuck for ALMOST A WEEK. Get on it, now.

the elevator has been broken for nearly a week, and has trapped multiple disabled residents inside dorms unable to attend class or go to work.
The parts needed were not available.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would rate 0 out of 5 if I could. Terrible company. Avoid if you can.

Need to teach their techs how to drive. One of their drivers just about ran me off the road. Pretty sure he was on his phone.

Left us stranded on fifth floor of Excelsior and Grand complex for several days with zero communication of when the handicapped people can leave.

Be more considerate. When there are 4 guest parking spots in down town minneapolis try not to take up half of them.
