I've tried to cancel 3x. Now I have 2 accounts and no one seems to know how to cancel either of them, and an appointment for additional equipment. Service was good but the associates is the reason I'm leaving them. Too difficult to deal with plus some are dishonest and will place orders on your account without your permission.

We had an ADT system and then later added two Nest cameras, a water sensor, and water shut off valve. They forgot the valve on the first visit, installed a recalled valve on the second visit, installed a good valve on the third visit but cannot connect it to the app, and they just postponed todays service call because two techs called in sick. I’ve spent hours on the phone with ADT and employees who have never dealt with a water valve before. Horrible customer service.

ADT sales rep knocked on my door, shortly after I purchased my house. After I voiced that I wasn't interested in ADT, he questioned whether I was concerned for the safety of my pets since they're not able to dial 911 in case of a fire. Weak sales tactic and off-putting sales rep. Wouldn't consider using ADT, even if I wanted to switch from my current security company. At least it was a good reminder for me to purchase No Soliciting signs.

We have has adt for approximately 7 months and it is absolutely horrible from inconsistent statements promising you this or that then stating we can't offer you any of that. Had a representative show up to our home to set up the equipment when all he did was flirt with my wife and set up a password that he knew as well causing a security breach. I called to report all these issues and all I got was an apology, and the equipment still don't work properly. If you're considering adt take my advice and look elsewhere.

A representative of this company stopped by my house to sell the service to me. I expressed I wasn’t interested in changing my security options. After expressing this multiple times I closed my screen and proceeded to end things as the aggressive approach to keep trying to sale the product was absolutely absurd. He finally decided to leave after calling me a Karen. To be clear the definition of a Karen is: “Karen is a pejorative term used as slang for a middle-class white woman who is perceived as entitled or demanding beyond the scope of what is normal”. I am a black woman who made clear I wasn’t interested in changing my service. Not once, but three times before choosing to end the aggressive sale tactics that was occurring on my property. His behavior was gross, disrespectful, out of line and if he is who the company is using as a representative I’m even further glad I’m not interested in changing security options, especially with ADT. I warn that people be careful, these type of aggressive sales reps are concerning in more ways than one.
