I called these guys at 9pm on Saturday 6.15.2024 as my spring broke and I could not open the garage door. They had a tech to my home at 9am on Sunday 6.16.2024 (fathers day) to replace the spring. The tech was super nice, very friendly, and got the job done fast. These guys are TOP NOTCH!!! Do not hesitate at ALL!

I had an excellent experience with my tech Nate and the AAD Company. Nate is very knowledgeable and was able to identify issues I was having with my garage and provided quick solutions to them. I appreciate that Nate was transparent with his work and that AAD is transparent with their pricing up-front, with no sleazy sales tactics so you don't feel rushed into making a decision. Finally, their customer service is quick, responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

This review is probably 1.5 years old at this point, from around late August early September 2022. My Dad had All American Door co out to replace the motor/drive in his garage door. He was very sick at this point and the technician and him had conversed a bit during the replacement. I believe the techs name was Kaleb or Caleb, tho I don't remember for sure and I don't see him on the website. Anyway when the tech returned from his truck, he had brought no bill and charged my dad nothing for the service. My dad has since passed but this was such a small gesture during a tough time that it meant a lot. Thank you guys!

We needed a garage door, tracks, and opener replacement. All American Door Co. was able to come out same day on a Friday afternoon to assess the situation and provide us with a quote. They were then able to schedule a full replacement and installation that very Monday. They were in and out within 2 hours. Fantastic customer service and fair pricing. We very much recommend this company!

We had a very positive experience with replacing our garage door. The process was quick and seemless. We spoke to a representative and had someone out the next day to measure and show us options. After paying for the door, the installation was within 2 days. The door makes a dramatic difference. We inquired about the black accent pieces, but they did not have any on the truck. Originally, we thought it came with the door, but after calling the office, we found out that was not the case. We ended up buying the pieces at Home Depot, as they were much cheaper and readily available. I did not personally interact with the technician, but my husband did, and he said the person was very kind. Overall, it was a good experience and we would recommend.

Great service! They came right out and gave me an estimate for repairing the old door and full replacement. Got a new door fully installed 2 days later. They are transparent on pricing and have good communication regarding appointment times.
