Brought our Toro lawn tractor in this spring for maintenance including oil change, etc. at a cost of over $350.00 Didn't realize they were new owners. Upon returning home notice an oil leak. Upon further investigation we found a leading seal. Didn't even bother going back because didn't want to even discussion how that could have been missed. Have gone to another dealer for repair with excellent results. Won't be going back to this place again!
The parts guy was either new or didn't know his job considering we were just buying a set of Toro blades and had the old ones with.

Bought a new snow blower 28 Arion sho love this machine easy to use works great. People thier very friendly and helpful.

I’m not one to write reviews BUT I’ve been going to this store for Toro parts for a couple years now. I’ve also recently purchased a trimmer and shredder vac because their service has been great. They have reasonable prices for parts and if you know what your machine is they are quick to get you what you need.
I went in to get parts today for my snowblower. I had the model number and serial number ready, he looked up the parts diagram and he printed it out for me so I knew what to look for when I tore the machine down. I was in and out of the store in 2 min and ended up not needing to order parts because of the help he gave me.
When I purchased my trimmer and shredder vac I told them exactly what I wanted, they looked if they had them in stock and I was able to leave and return to the store in an hour both times and everything was set out and ready to go!
They gave me the basics that I needed and off I went with new orange toys and a smile.
