It's not often you go to a place and happen to meet one of the owners. He was very friendly and very down to earth. He helped answer my questions and left me seriously impressed!
I personally know several people who work for this company, my partner being one of them. It may be odd to give a review based on that, but I think that attests to the kind of company Bolander is. At a company picnic, I met a lot of their employees from the owner on down and couldn’t be more impressed with the company in general and the individuals they hire . Bolander clearly follows the “top down philosophy” in its management/employee treatment of each and every team. My partner leaves and comes home with a smile on his face. He enthusiastically talks about the projects he’s on and who he works with each day. Impressive. However Bolander offers that kind of pride and work environment, other companies should find out how they do it and model that within their own field. I work in education and can appreciate that kind of work environment.
