We get pest control salesmen from other companies all the time at our door, and I've never once been tempted to switch to another company for price or coverage or any other reason. Because... BOGO is the best ;) Sadly, we are moving away, but I will continue to recommend them!

As a small, local, independent company, BOGO consistently delivers patient, personalized service and solutions. They are responsive and courteous. I have them to my home at least quarterly. The team is always on time and does their best to accommodate my schedule. They remember me and my home so their work can be completed efficiently. I bought my first house and within the first 6 months, I found a huge mouse problem in the lower level. I did a ton of research on pest control companies, and was very impressed with everything I read about BOGO. I decided to try them out for the mouse problem and it was the best decision I could have made! We live in a townhouse, so we were worried that it would be difficult to control the mouse issue, but after a few visits, they were completely gone! This was 1.5 years ago and we haven’t had a mouse since. I also signed up for their insect prevention plan since we had a lot of spiders and bugs around. This has made a HUGE difference in the amount of bugs we see inside. Everyone I have talked to at the company is so kind and professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

There is nothing better than being at peace in your home. BOGO provided me with peace and I will be eternally grateful for them. During a crazy busy housing season, I purchased a home without an inspection…dumb me. I knew from day one I made a mistake when a live mouse greeted me the day I closed on the house. When I say, I am terrified of mice, it’s an understatement. Long story short, I hired two different pest control companies….yet despite their “guarantees” the mouse problem continued. I literally lived in fear and wanted to move. I was embarrassed to have company over…..it was a disaster I thought I just had to accept and live with:( A Yelp review led me to the angels at BOGO. My trust….along with my pocket book were ruined by the other pest control companies, but something in my gut told me to trust BOGO. The expert from BOGO located the gigantic problem the first day…literally there was a hole in the wall of my kitchen going directly into my house. This had been missed by every other company!!!!! I was so stinking happy the issue had been discovered! I haven’t had a problem since! I know this is a long review, but I wouldn’t write unless these guys weren’t truly wonderful. I finally have my home back! Thank YOU

Recently, after purchasing a house, we discovered that the inspector was right. There was a mouse "presence" in the kitchen. It was in fact an invasion. We saw multiple traces in more than ten places. BOGO sent a very knowledgeable and experienced inspector who clearly explained the process that they follow to close out the mice from the house. Two days later they blocked all the existing entrances to the outside walls. Ten days later there was no more mice. Since then the house got cleaned from their presence. What a good job. Thank you.

I met with the owner, Scott, today to discuss some potential mice problems at our house. He came highly recommended by a home inspector that we've used several times in the past. I was really impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He spent over an hour meeting with me and answering all of my questions. Instead of giving me an estimate for the cost of his services, he literally walked me through in detail what he would do (along with a detailed explanation of the products he uses) and recommended I do it myself if I felt comfortable, which I do. He went above and beyond what he had to do, and I really appreciated that. Frankly, I really just enjoyed talking to him and could have done it for a few more hours. I would highly recommend Scott and BOGO to anyone looking for this type of service.
