Update: I am disappointed with this place. The service manager Josh told me they could service my generator by changing the fuel filter, spark plug & clean the spark arrester when they had it in for the recall. I had to take a 1/2 day off for this recall to be fixed & was happy to know they could perform a routine maintenance on my generator. It didn’t happen. They wanted me to reschedule & come back another day, meaning I’d have to take another 1/2 day off work & drive 45 minutes out of my way. Wow!!! Clean & organized facility. Easy access off I694. Great service & questions answered quickly. Comfortable & clean lounge to wait in while your RV is being serviced. Plus a quiet spot for overnight guest.

Very unhelpful. I have a defective part in a Onan Cummins generator that has been gently used for 4 years. They wanted me to bring it in with a minimum $200 charge for an hour labor, when the solution was easily diagnosable over the phone. It doesn't make any financial sense to bring in a $1300 generator and rack up nearly that in repair fees. I did some more diagnostics myself and found the replacement for the defective part (which I had to find on my own without Cummins' help, cost about $30 and can be easily installed by myself). This knowledge could have been easily provided overthrow phone by the customer service representative, instead of making my scour the internet for a solution. My experience has not only left a sour taste in my mouth for this business, but will not make me ever want to buy any cummins products in the future.

Spectacular people, with spectacular service. Simone is a hero. Really felt like they went out of their way to help us even though our generator wasn’t a Cummins generator they found a way to work with the warranty to get it fixed for us. Great people. Highly recommend.

I stopped here to pick up a piece of equipment going to New Mexico and one of the managers called the broker saying I was being difficult and ripping the doors off. What a liar...I didn't remove the doors, a employee at Cummings did. Removing 4 doors is how you secure the unit. I want a apology.

Repaired the Onan generator for my RV. Showed me very important washer that often falls out when owners do repairs without necessary experience. Welcomed me to call or stop by with any questions. They also have a great picnic area to use if waiting for repairs. This was particularly helpful because customers are not allowed inside at this time due to the coronavirus. Thanks.
