This is one of the best experiences I have had with a subcontractor/contractor coming out to do work for me. I requested a quote and I received a call from Mary. I provided the information needed, I accepted the quote and we scheduled for the work. Communication was excellent during the whole process. The workers showed up when they said they would and completed the work the same day. Everything was cleaned up by them. I could not be more pleased. I would recommend to anyone, in fact I have already recommended to someone.

The Egress Window Company did a great job on our Egress window. The window looks great. We asked them to do the finish work inside and that looks great too. The crews arrived on time and finished on time. Cutting/hammering through CMU is dirty work: They kept the worksite clean and kept dust to a minimum, thoroughly cleaned up the site afterward, and they were very respectful of the house (took their shoes off when they came it, and used floor protection where appropriate). Always courteous. And they back up their work. We had some questions after the job was completed: some issues with sealant. The Egress Window Company responded with alacrity, assessed the problem thoroughly, answered questions, and fixed the issue. They back up their work cheerfully. I recommend this company.

Great experience! The crew showed up and met with me and went over their process for the day. It was slightly raining so they mentioned this could be a barrier which I totally understood. They were able to move forward and got to digging! They were friendly with my dogs and understood that they would maybe be too excited and overly friendly/barking - this was actually very important to me so I really appreciated their understanding of that! The emails from Mary were very nicely laid out and explained things super well. Would very much recommend!
