Ray is absolutely AMAZING!! He has the BEST customer service that I’ve ever seen. He spends time explaining everything and shows you what would work best in your home. Ray is extremely knowledgeable with all different types of blinds for your windows or doors. I recommend this Bloomington Blinds Company without any hesitation. You will b glad you did!! A+++ customer service!!

I've used Bloomin' Blinds as both a repair service and to purchase new blinds. For repairs, Ray was meticulous and thorough. For new blinds, he was honest (stating it could likely be repaired for the lowest cost option, and providing options at different financial impact when I decided to go new). Ray is personable, efficient and provides excellent service.

Great service. Came out to provide an estimate the same week we called. Their prices are in line with their competition but it was great having Ray, the sales contact, also be the fully capable installer. He's also able to fix anything that breaks for a future reference. Many others use contract help that only install, but don't offer repair options. Bloomin Blinds is the only blind/shade vendor we'll be using. Thanks Ray!

Bloomin' Blinds was my last call on a hunt to find an affordable solution for window blinds repair. My home buyer has Hunter Douglas blinds had the string slip out and were no longer operational in two of them. I had been quoted 4 different prices across the metro- some that included replacement, some that included removing the blinds, bringing them to their location, dropping off and shipping the blinds out for repair with 1 week + turn around time. All of which costed more than the blinds themselves. I called Ray at Bloomin' Blinds out of Woodbury on Wednesday which is a MOBILE SERVICE a.k.a I didn't have to lift a single blind. His mobile service came to my buyer's house on Friday morning. Ray repaired the blinds in under an hour and beat the price of competition by half that. He was on time, friendly and a great conversationalist. If you have some wonky window treatments, would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, honest service. Don't replace, call Ray to repair!

Ray worked tirelessly to fix the tension on my new bamboo blinds. So grateful he took the time to get them right. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. They also worked their schedules to come out quickly. We very much appreciated their flexibility. The gal who took my phone call was very pleasant and super helpful.
