These guys are top notch. Incredibly polite moving men. The initial person I was in contact with to set up my whole move was so accommodating and from my terrible description of what I gave he figured it all out. I cannot say enough about this place. One caveat, if you have things that need special attention such as help with their men to either bubble or wrap something make sure to tell the guys right away. I had an all white cloth couch…. It wasn’t until I asked them to totally wrap it as to not let it get dirty (I had just had it professionally cleaned), they wrapped it so good though after I brought it up. These guys are fast without compromising integrity. Thank you to the whole team for making my move very painless.
I recently moved from Red Wing, MN to No. St. Paul, MN. I had gotten several quotes. Two Men and a Truck provided a high and low quote, with a difference of more than 25%. The range seemed pretty wide to me, so I figured the high quote was the top I would pay. They were not the lowest quote, but they had good reviews and good reputation, so I went with them. I wish now that I had chosen someone else. Two movers showed up to move furniture only. They were both very young and 'green'. They also moved at a fairly slow pace. I was ok with that, thinking they would take better care of my things. I would have given a single star, but I realize moving is very challenging, and all furniture did make it to my new place.
My largest disappointment was with the quoting. I ended up paying more than 20% higher than the high quote. The time was several hours more than quoted and the furniture filled the truck, when it was estimated to be a partial truck. I provided a very detailed inventory of items, so this difference is disappointing to say the least. The quality of work was also disappointing. The largest disappointments are a bad scratch on the bedroom wall from the bed, bad scratch on new wood floor from hutch, bad scratch on stair railing, and a filthy foam mattress topper.
I did call for an understanding of the large difference between quote and actual. I talked with two different people, and the conversation was filled with disappointing excuses and justifications. I would not recommend Two Men and a Truck to any of my friends or family.

Someone recommended 2 Men and a Truck and it was a nightmare of moves. The two men were not professional movers, one started a month ago and the other started 2 months ago. These 2 men were slow and did a poor job taking care of my furniture. They put my granite side table upside down in the truck and damaged it. Granite should not be moved upside down. While they were half way through packing, the lead guy said the apartment hallway was long and needed to charge me more. I agreed to 6.5 hours close to 1400 dollars. They go on the road(I was only moving a 2 miles away) their truck broke down. They finally make it to the new building and the company sent two more men over to help. It seems one of the men forgot part of my bed in the hallway of my old building, and someone had to go back and get it. After the disaster of a move was over, the mover of two months tells me it will now cost over 2100 dollars, I never agreed or signed anything for that amount. I called to talk with the manager of the Woodbury 2 men and a Truck, he never called me back. I just checked my credit card and they charged that amount. I will pay for the amount under 1400 but not the rest. Last year when I moved, it only took four hours, three men and 1350. There are better moving companies and I will contact the BBB.

Wow, we had the best experience with our Woodbury team! They were easy to reserve, kept in touch, on time, so professional and kind, faster than we thought, and did an outstanding job! Would recommend them for sure!

Duane and the team came today to help us unload our two giant PODS moved up from Rochester. The entire team was amazing from start to finish. Highly professional, took care, asked us questions, and took it upon themselves to even entertain the kids a bit! Highly recommend!

The team at Two Men and a Truck were so good with my elderly parents. They took apart furniture and put it back together, basically did everything we asked. They even got in the middle of a couch war - I would highly recommend them!

Very happy from start to finish! Scheduler was prompt in calling to confirm needs and fit me in a day later from my inquiry! Driver and Guys kept me informed throughout and were friendly, professional, and efficient! Highly recommend
