Highly recommend All State Companies! They did an excellent job at meeting my needs on my barn demolition project. Their prices were competitive with other bids that I received and the customer service absolutely cannot be beat! Great communication from start to finish. I had a couple issues come up and Matt offered to help me solve them which was a huge stress relief on my end. Super nice guy & quality work!!

Highly recommended - One of the best of the 50+ we've engaged - We have engaged over 50+ companies between both our homes and All State Companies is one of the best we've had the pleasure of hiring/working with. Engagement: Matt was prompt in returning my phone call and setting a date to go over my project. He was very attentive as I told him what I wanted to accomplish. After hearing my requirements, he offered options and we agreed upon an approach and services he would perform. Later that evening, he provided a fair quote for his services. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to change the scope of my project. Matt accommodated by returning to my home so we could discuss options and agree on a plan. Later that evening, I received an updated quote and I communicated that I wanted to hire him. Scheduling: Matt was very transparent with his work load and we agreed to time range for my work to be completed, with the expectation that if an earlier opportunity arose to begin the work, he would notify me. Prior to the agreed upon time range, Matt contacted me to let me know he was still on schedule. Fortunately for me, he called a few days later to me know that he will begin the work two weeks earlier and would be out the following day. Execution: Throughout my project, Matt made sure I was clear on each step of plan and how we were progressing against it. Matt's skills operating machinery are amazing. The demolition work he performed on my outbuilding was about 15 feet from my home, 3 feet from a new sidewalk and few feet from mature trees. He gracefully maneuvered his excavator without any adverse impact to any of the aforementioned. During the project we had a few very heavy rainfalls and I appreciated his willingness to extend the project, acting in my best interest, to ensure the top soil and grading work occurred in dry conditions. Upon completion of the work, Matt cleaned up the work site and even offered to return with a power brush should we not be satisfied with the site post rainstorm. Overall, my end-to-end experience with All State Companies, Inc. was fantastic and I will recommend them at every opportunity. It was a breath of fresh air to have a business demonstrate pride in work, communicate effectively, respond efficiently and deliver on commitments (with quality). Thanks Matt!!

I needed an in-ground pool removed and had some other demolition work done to my backyard which included: removal of shed, removal of large arborvitae, removal of retaining wall, a concrete patio removed and replaced, regrading of entire backyard once all was removed then sod added. As well, I had a sidewalk in front replaced, concrete garage apron replaced and another sidewalk added on the side of the garage. Matt first came out and gave me a quote on the pool removal and fill in. I asked if the other things could be done and he sent me a quote within a day. Once i received quotes from a couple other vendors I decided to use Matt, not only for his reasonable rate but the way he carried himself during the bidding process and how he said he would get things done made me the most comfortable. I was put on the schedule in Mid September 2016 and when the day approached he made sure I was prepared for the demolition (getting yard furniture cleared away, etc). I had limited access to my yard, I butt up to a church parking lot and would have to access my yard this way. I got clearance from the church and when Matt and crew showed up they removed a section of fence to access the yard. Matt had assured me they would make sure no damage happened to the church property. He even talked to the pastor one of the first days and reassured him they would be clean and neat, (the pastor had told me this later) Matt and his crew removed the shed, the tree, the retaining walls, the pool, concrete pool deck and all the pool equipment the first couple of days. They filled in the hole and graded the whole yard per my request,, so that it would grade away from the house. The back concrete patio was next and that was removed as well as the front sidewalk and driveway apron then prepped for new concrete. A few days later concrete was poured in all of those areas as well as a new sidewalk which runs the length of the garage. After concrete, topsoil was added to backyard and sod laid. Matt and his crew were efficient, neat and clean. His crew was conscientious of their work and if asked questions were knowledgeable and courteous when answering. We did have weather delays, as it was a super rainy late summer, early fall this year but Matt kept me in the loop on when things would be completed. If I ever had any questions a quick text or call to him was followed up immediately. He never left you hanging, not even for a day. If i wanted to add something or change something on he original order he would willingly make the changes and advise me on the best or most cost effective way to make the change. He would then immediately send me a change order so I knew what I was to expect. The process, even with the unavoidable delays, went well and I am very pleased with my new backyard. I would totally recommend All State Companies, Matt and his crew for any of your demolition, concrete needs. For sure!
