I hired American Consulting Engineers to design my new restaurant. They finished job quickly and professionally within 2 weeks to be ready submit to St Louis county. They helped me take care every thing including architecture and engineering. Don is very friendly and easy to work with. I strongly recommend their services.

We received great and speedy service from ACE! They came out to our home to inspect a repair made in the basement. Don was able to come out the same day I called to review the repair and provided a detailed report the next day! Would use them again in the future if we have more engineering needs.

On site, Don provided us with a comprehensive structural assessment of a historic property in Lafayette Square. This is the beauty salon in Missouri. I have a restaurant and I want to turn this restaurant into a beauty salon and American Consulting Engineers helped me convert the existing restaurant to a beauty Salon. They helped me with everything including designing floor plans, structural, MEP, site plan, interior layout, etc. They also take care of all processes to submit documents to St Louis County for review and permits. They not only help me with designs and permits, but they also help with more valuable ideas to save the existing equipment to reduce the cost of the project. They didn’t charge me any extra fee when I requested to change the drawings. They work very professionally, quickly, and friendly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for their services. A reliable company!
