Austin B and Michaela did such a great job on installing our new doors. It was such a long day and my dog ended up eating one of their lunches and I felt so bad.
Here is the before and after and the dog who ate the lunch. Lol
Brandon found problems that were left by a different company that worked on our garage door in the past. The new spring is the correct size now. The door opens quietly when it is supposed to, and closes quietly when it's supposed to. And it stays down. And it does so without clunking and twanging noises that made me think everything might crash onto the floor. If you want your garage door fixed correctly the first time, call Garage Door Guy.

Phenomenal!
I personally had an overall fantastic experience with Michaela from "Garage Door Guy, LLC" and the company in general.
From the gitgo the entire experience was solid. I made a call on the Tuesday after Labor Day mentioning that I needed to get a set of torsion springs replaced and my new motor just wired up. The receptionist was polite and accurately managed my expectations on the investment. They were able to fit me in same day and set me up for a 3:00 to 5:00 window. I later got a text indicating my technician was on their way and they were right on time. Michaela, my tech, was not only competent but polite, professional and prompt. She managed to go the extra mile on helping me ensure that I knew the new system front and back and took the time to check for any potential future areas of concern and inform me about them.
In short, the only thing smoother than my experience with Michaela and the team at Garage Door Guy was my garage door opening and closing when Michaela was done with her work.
If I ever need any future work done, I'll be reaching out to the team at "Garage Door Guy, LLC" and specifically be asking for Michaela.
I wish I would have called them months ago.

On time, came prepared and set up an organized work area. Installed 4 new doors all in the same day and the finished product turned out great. Brandon and his crew were professional and friendly. Haas doors in black

Dear Frank & Georgia,
Thank you for our new charcoal colored garage door it's beautiful. The guys Justin & Austin did an excellent job. They were very careful to pay attention to every detail.
I liked where they removed the red trim around the frame, I don't have to paint it now. Yea!
Thank you for helping us out with this large expense that we couldn't afford living on S/S only doesn't allow for big extras.
I can't express my gratitude enough for how thankful I am. Julie Wilson was so helpful in getting this all together for us.
