When I called for an appointment for repairs on my washer and dryer Tyler came to my home just days later. He was very professional and courteous. My wife and I felt the service call fee was affordable and we were very please with the outcome of our service call. We would definitely call The Appliance Care Company again for any needs we may have with any of our appliances.
Very pleased with the service we received on7/17/2024. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. My husband was so impressed with the whole process of handling our refrigerator and the clean up. Well done!

The Appliance Care Company was great! they were abel to diagnose, order the part and repair my freezer in about 1 week. I called 3 other companies and they told me they didn't have the licensing to work on a Freezer (how's that work for appliance companies?). I do recommend them.

Lady I spoke to scheduling appointment was very nice and got me on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time. Technician was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. He unfortunately wasn’t able to repair my 30 plus year old dryer as parts no longer available. I will more than likely will use them again for any future appliance issues.

Great service! Very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the dryer. The initial visit lasted minutes and diagnosed issues. After the parts came in, we scheduled to have the tech come back out. The only thing that would be more helpful is a smaller time window, at least a way to inform a better approximate the morning of. I think the window was from 8 am-5 pm. It was hard to clear that big of gap in schedule. This does not take away from the great service, just factual information to plan accordingly. I would use them again in the future and also refer a friend or family member.

Our refrigerator stopped making ice. The first Appliance Care tech responded and said we needed a water valve & a new ice maker. They were ordered and installed. It still made no ice. We were told we needed a 'sealed system' specialist. The second tech dispatched was a 'sealed system' specialist and he seemed to know his business.
He inspected and recommended we not put any more money into a fix. We are currently shopping for a new refrigerator.
We recommend that Appliance Care accelerate getting all of their techs certified to do a complete analysis of a problem appliance. Appliance Care gave us a 50% refund which eased some pain, but it could have been less of an expense to us if a the first tech was totally system qualified.
We'll use Appliance Care again. We think they're very reputable.
And the few times we spoke with office management, they were quite reasonable and tried to be accommodating.

Brian himself came out to look at our 24 year old refrigerator. Fearing the worst (replacement) he walked me through how to easily fix the issue myself! Very impressed with the level of customer care. Highly recommend!

I discovered the Appliance Repair Company online when searching for someone to repair my dryer. The appointment was set and the technician, Mason, arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. Mason explained the parts would be ordered for the repair and he would then return. Mason returned and completed the repair resulting in my dryer operating perfectly! Mason demonstrated very efficient knowledge and skills to accomplish the repair. He was very personable throughout my conversations with him while he was here. Would highly recommend this company for any of your appliance repairs!
