Dawn at Branson Security and Fire is both incompetent and retaliatory. I cancelled their service due to incompetence and a total lack of communication and hired someone else. The very next day here comes the Fire Marshall and even mentions her name! Go with anyone else you can find!

Branson Security and Fire stepped up BIG TIME for us! BSF wasn't our first choice (regretfully). We went with a larger company with a big name. NOT a good fit at all! We never once felt like priority there. However, when we called BSF, It was like they dropped everything just to take care of us and our needs. They made us feel like we were their #1 Priority! VERY small business friendly :). They saved us weeks of time and money, where the larger company, and their protocols, would have robbed us of it. Thanks to BSF, we are now able to open our business. Both companies had representatives at the final inspection, and they were both very attentive and helpful during the process. A big Thank goes out to Tanner and BSF for coming through for us. I wont mention the name of the other representative, but you know who you are. Without your specific actions, we would still NOT be open. Thank you kind sir...what you did for us was HUGE!!! You are a true asset to your company and to your industry!

I was in a time constraint, and they went far outta their way to accommodate me. The service manager was both very professional and personal. Shout out to all for a great job

They have left us standing on roofs while they miss appointments not 1 time but several on the same job and more on different jobs also. They will stand and watch your employees run new wire and then charge you for 5 hours for it (on a different job) and they will not bill the right place for the job and then wait 6 months and call and ask for payment which means I end up paying for it instead of upsetting a my client. If you can use someone else it will save you a lot of headache if you.
