Schilli recently completed refinishing my pool. It was an outstanding experience. They provided excellent advice about products, colors,... They are very easy to work with and communicate effectively all through the process. The work itself is nothing short of spectacular. Refinishing is a messy job, and they went to great lengths not to make a mess, or to clean it up where any mess was made. All the work crews were professional and friendly. Janice (sales), Keith (operations) and Sue (financial) were helpful, friendly and efficient. Schilli will not be the low bid, but their value proposition is exceptional. I recommend them with enthusiasm.

We recently purchased a home that had heavily textured walls and ceilings. This was a huge barrier to us buying the home, but Schilling Plaster was recommended to us as a company that could fix this for us. Ty Thaler came out within a day and looked at the job and assured us they could make our walls smooth. And he was right. They got started within a week of our closing on the house. Great crew? Real artisans. The transformation of our house is unbelievable. Thanks, Schilli!

Took to long left a huge mess , complete group or unprofessional workers . I live in an apartment complex they redid the pool left a mess everywhere started at around 7 am about 7:30 I could hear them yelling from inside my apartment . These are only few of the messes they left . They actually pump the waste material in the city sewer system in apartment complex . I thought that dumping of chemicals in a sewer system was breaking some regulations ??

I contacted this company for a quote on plastering! They said they’d be out within 7 days and came within 2 days! I had the quote by the end of the week. I’ve called several times and spoke with Todd and Misty. They’re both really nice and I had all of my questions answered! I put my deposit down and will go up there on Monday to finalize plans! I’m very excited and impressed with them so far!

Schilli completed our perimeter tile installation around our new gunite swimming pool. I knew they had a good reputation but I was honestly blown away by the workmanship. For the company's benefit the two guys were at my job site on 4/15/2022 - they really deserve some acknowledgement and praise. We were so impressed we immediately started contemplating a change order to our construction contract to add even more tile in different areas as accents. We knew we could trust Schilli to do top-notch work.

This company is very responsive, kind, and helpful. We misunderstood a few things in our contract and they took plenty of time to explain everything to us again and offered to refund our down payment if we weren’t getting what we needed. They are very busy and still took time out to have great customer service. Highly recommend!

I called Schilli on Monday, May 24 to talk with someone about sandblasting and repainting my pool deck. I was referred to Schilli by a neighbor, who had the same work done by Schilli. I was connected to Denny by the person who answered. Denny knew the referring neighbor and said he would be out that Tuesday or Wednesday, May 25 or 26, to discuss the project. We even talked about scheduling, as my wife and I are having a couples shower for our daughter at our home in August. Denny said that timing would not be a problem.
Denny did not show May 25 or 26.
I called Denny May 27 to follow up. Denny finally called back June 2 and we set an appointment for 1:45 PM on June 3. No show again. I texted Denny at 2:53 PM on June 3 and he said an emergency came up. He texted he would be available June 4 and we set an appointment for 1:30 or later. Denny further said that he would call around 10 AM on June 4 to update me on the time. No call, no show on June 4...despite me texting him twice that day (there was no response at all).
I called Denny's cell on Tuesday June 8 to again reschedule. I left a voice mail and did not receive a response.
I finally called the Schilli office again on Thursday, June 10 and asked to speak with a manager. I was told Mike was the manager but that he was not in the office and did I want to leave a voicemail. I said yes and simply conveyed to Mike my experience and asked what was going on and did Schilli want my business. I also wanted to be sure Denny was still with the company and was not ill or something like that. It is now Friday June 18 and I never received a response from Mike.
I have all phone and text records to back up the above.
Finally, I received a call from a concrete contractor the morning of Friday, June 18, that is a partner of Schilli. He said Denny asked him to stop by our home to review the work that needed to be done. He said he was on his way, and fortunately we confirmed our address because Denny had given him the wrong one. Still, I was elated and hopeful. That was quickly dashed when the contractor arrived - they do concrete leveling only and not painting or other refinish work. And when this contractor called Denny to tell him, not only had Denny given him the wrong address the first time, but this contractor was actually supposed to go to a home in Fenton (no where near our home). What a comedy of errors!

These guys worked constantly, through pouring rain, to finish our pool! They were very well organized from start to finish. They were professional and courteous about respecting our property and even cleaned up their mess! Would highly recommend!
