Great company, the completed deck and railing and steps are truly great! The owner was always in contact with us to make sure the work met our needs! I recommend this company highly!
I do not recommend delivering to this address, this is not a commercial and industrial area. This is residential property.

Top Deck is a great company to work with from the office staff to the actual workers on the project. I had gotten 5 different bids to enlarge and replace our current Deck. Could not be more happy with the outcome. Very happy I chose Top Deck.

I used this business as a supplier of my materials for my own deck project last fall (2022). The KDAT lumber is simply awesome. My project was moderate in size, but I purchased a number of long 2x10's and 2x12's. Not a single board was warped or wet or in any way flawed. You may pay a bit more for KDAT lumber, but you more than make up for that expense with not a single board wasted or unusable.
Jason and company were a pleasure to deal with. This is especially true with the sales and office staff. I was in the office a number of times with typical DIY questions, and they were always helpful. Delivery times were a bit of a challenge (Covid delays), but they were clear on what the delays would be and communicated well to keep me informed. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again on this year's project.

Adjusted to meet our needs despite unavoidable challenges. Helped us find affordable materials. Good quality, explained options and opportunities, and optimized features to take advantage of our lake view. Construction crew was courteous and respectful.
